Consultation: someone from the Geek Squad to visit my house, see what I need, and suggest a list of items to buy to upgrade my house entertainment system, WiFi coverage, Smart TV Features, etc. Money was never an issue. Just needed an "Expert" . The sales associate was very helpful and I purchased the consultation item. first appointment the Tec never showed. called BB and they said they never heard from him that day. Rescheduled for 2 weeks later. Second Appointment, the tech called an hour before and said he is not the right tech to help in my situation. Rescheduled. talked to Customer Service, was very unhappy, the Agent said his manager will contact me. No body did. Went back to the same store where I bought the consultation. The salesman was nice, apologized. got me a Tech/manager who assured me that he will reschedule for the last time and send a qualified person. Third appointment no one showed. two days later got emails saying the item has been canceled and money refunded. such a horrible customer service. what a nightmare? I would have spend $100s if not $1000s with Best Buy buying whatever equipment they would have suggested. now I am left with a bitter taste in my mouth.

Geek squad was great and installed everything showed how to use it all and provided excellent service

Set up consultation due to $ spent and concerns about proper installation and ideas from gs. Day of consult, no one showed up so I did without. Geek squad did installs later and worked out alright.

The guys were fantastic. They did all I asked and made sure everything worked before leaving.

He trouble shot all my problems and was very knowledgeable about all the items we were ordering.

Geek squad was prompt and courteous, but the submitted quote took three weeks to get, only after I had called and asked for it, and it was missing key items that were discussed as part of the scope of work.

The Samsung 60" 4K television is excellent. Great picture, many other features to choose from.
