Beautiful microwave and it works well. Took some time learning how to operate all of it's features.

The price was unbelievable, on clearance for $138. I tried a potato and it had some issues, so I'll need to try again. However, for reheating food it seems to work fine.

I got my first unit and it installed nicely over my stove. I set the clock went to get my wife to show her the new microwave. When I came back I noticed the clock was off by 2 minutes. So I wasn't concerned and we went about our business. I came down the next morning and the clock was off by over 4 hours. I reset it to the proper time and timed it with my cell phone, It was not keeping proper time at all. It was not a big deal but I figured it would be really annoying after a while so I removed it and brought it back to best buy. They gave me another brand new unit and I installed it and plugged it in and set the clock. Success, it was keeping time and all was well untill I noticed the light was on inside the microwave but it was off. Upon further inspection the tray was rotating also. I unplugged it and plugged it back in. Every time it was plugged in it would automatically rotate the tray and have the light on.I tried to use the microwave and nothing worked but the fan and the under light. It will be going back to bestbuy and I will not be buying another Frigidaire product. Stay away.

Love the microwave. Easy to install. The main reason I'm going with 4 stars instead of 5 is I opted to leave the venting blowing out the front and this unit directs the air up to the cabinets above and occasionally they get quite wet. I might redo the install so it vents out a duct through the top and save my cabinet doors. Anyway, I saw some reviews that mentioned all the beeping when pushing buttons (including the lamp on/off--why do you need audio feedback for that?), but I quickly got used to it.

Frigidaire Stainless Over The Range Microwave/Convection Oven: Great value on sale at Best Buy $360. Lots of great features. This was a replacement for an older broken GE Microwave. Installation was a snap, two snips with a hand metal shear and the old mounting plate accepted the Oven so I didn’t have to use the template for the plate provided. Hole placement for the top was a different story. The Microwave Auto Potato setting works well. I like a crisp skin and the 425 degree convection setting is just not high enough for me. The Oven does what I want it to do 99% of the time; what more can you ask for. Don’t pay more than $360 for it. If you have to, drop the convection option and the price goes to $250 and buy a good Convection Oven at Wal-Mart for $60 and you will get crisp potato skins.

No complaints at all about the unit that I bought from Best Buy they were ver helpful and knowledgable which helped me make my decision. They had a nice selection of ranges but this worked out perfectly for me and my family

I love having a second "oven" and it came in very handy during the holidays however, figuring out how to use it for everyday things like defrost and reheat would seem relatively easy. For some reason things don't actually defrost or reheat so I'm back to the manual and working with it to figure it out. The fan is adequate although it does not blow out of the house, it blow back into the room which became a bit problematic when the apple pie juices spilled over in the over and sugar began burning onto the floor of the oven.

We bought this microwave along with a new fridge, gas range, and dishwasher and so far, the microwave is my least favorite appliance. Biggest flaws: the beep (when food is done) is so loud it wakes my son up from naps-- and we have an average sized home with his bedroom upstairs. The second issue is that it doesn't allow me to use the timer AND microwave functions at the same time. So if you're timing something, you cannot also heat something up. I've never owned a microwave that didn't allow that. Other than those 2 issues, it is fairly quiet while it heats and does get the job done.

Works great. Has everything I wanted in a microwave convection oven. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a convection oven.

This microwave broke with in 6 months of having it. I had to call customer service to get it fixed. It took 2 weeks to get the part, and I was still charged the service call (that was "not covered") It broke again 6 months later, 2 days past the warranty, and customer service said they could not help me! I can't believe Frigidaire is satisfied with making a product that only lasts a year!
