I hope it holds up i did see that the inside look like the one that was sparking i do have a 1year support and i will keep track of any proble. Thank You..

This microwave looks very nice.I like the light on the clock. Its like having a night light when I walk in the kitchen. Hope it last as long as my old microwave

The packaging was damaged, but the main thing is the wattage is rated at 1500 watts. Actually, it cooks at 1000 watts, so it was kind of deceitful. I will see how it cooks, but I am disappointed at the misdirection.

Been 5 weeks and still don't have the microwave, so how can BEST BUY keep sending me an email to review a product I don't have. Checked today and they don't have a clue when I will get it.

The product is great. The purchase from Best Buy was an issue. It was an open box item listed as “like new” and the hardware bag was missing from the box. Called and Best Buy said a replacement was requested and should be delivered in 3 business days. Fast forward to 3 weeks later and no replacement hardware was delivered. Luckily our old microwave was the same size and we could use the previously installed mounting hardware.

We've only had this microwave for a little over a month. Functionally it meets our requirements. The only negative comment I have is about the Timer and how to program it you have to touch the timer button to activate the timer then key in the time you want then press the timer button again to start the timer. All microwaves I previously owned you could start the timer by pressing start which I believe is a little more intuitive,

Man, I can't believe how hard the bots must work to generate all these fake positive reviews. I've had this thing for a day and if I didn't need to pay an absurd return fee it would be back in the box and gone.
This thing beeps loudly (even on low) for like 5 seconds when done cooking. Then it proceeds to do it again for two more cycles every 30 seconds. It's like nails on a chalkboard. I heard you the first time!
There is no way to disable this feature without turning off all sound entirely. This means no sound when you press buttons (which you really need because the touch screen is so bad it misses 20-40% of presses), and no sound at all at the end of the cycle.
They really couldn't code in one more option to turn off the repeated beeping?
Also, their customer service is a joke. If you get a dud right out of the box they will not replace it, only "repair." Will never buy Frigidaire again.
