If I was reviewing my whole delivery experience with Best Buy it would be 1 star. Horrible experience with first delivery being damaged and no contact from Best Buy about it whatsoever. Had to make another appointment by jumping through hoops myself. Anyway the stove is a good product so far. It has very clean lines and a good modern look. The touch pad takes a bit of push to get each button to work but no big deal. Great stove for the price.

Frigidaire assigned Aries Appliance to handle the repair. They scheduled four separate appointments, and not once did anyone show up or even bother to call. This is beyond unacceptable. Frigidaire/Electrolux is completely unreliable and unprofessional, they are unable to schedule a repair with an appliance company in my area (Santa Rosa). The amount of time I’ve wasted waiting around and rescheduling is absolutely infuriating. I will never buy another Frigidaire appliance. The worst part is they have the nerve to ask me if Id like to purchase the extended warrantly- when no one has shown up still to this day!!! Save your money and time, buy something else!!!

When they pulled out the old stove they saw the old (original) gas valve and said they were required to use a new one, which they happened to have. $80 later they finished the install..
