The unit was priced right and it was in stock. Moreover, I was limited on selection since it was being mounted under a cook top. This unit has a smaller oven box which gives it more flexibility. Hopefully, this one will last longer than 5 years. Only real complaint is that it's very noisy.

Warm up time is much better than my previous oven (without using the fast warm up). It's pretty quiet -- nice since the fan runs for awhile after the oven stops. The operation display is informative (saved me when I hit the wrong button).
