This gas stove is a very welcome addition to my kitchen. It offers true convection and a griddle was included as well. It has been an excellent experience using it to cook our Thanksgiving meal. It will be fun to try all the features it offers.

I had this stove in a rent house about 4 years ago, and have been wanting to update. I was hoping to go with a cheaper version, but decided on this model. Here are my reasons: 1. Great to have the just bake and Convection capability so that you can choose. Some are only bake and some are only convection. I would recommend both, because there are different uses for each. (certian things do better with just baking or convection) 2. Griddle in the middle! 3. Simmer burners and quick boil! Both amazing and I don't have to think as much! 4. On this nicer model, you can actually push in the desired degrees instead of pushing an up or down button for the timers and degrees. This stove is everything I wanted! No complaints! And I even installed myself... very easy if you follow directions.

just love our new stove/oven! The convection option works awesome and the probe works perfectly! Just used our new oven for holiday baking and have to say the convection option kicks cookie butt! The smudge free stainless is just that and is great! Love the look of the stainless with the black top!

My husband and I have had our oven for a few weeks now and we think it's been a GREAT buy! I love that the oven offers both convection and standard baking options. I've used both with very good results. I have already taken advantage of the "delay start" feature a couple of times. It's so handy! It frees me up to focus on food prep and/or socializing. I don't have to think about the oven again until it beeps at me to let me know it's reached the specified preheat temperature! Very cool. I'd read some negative reviews involving the last model of this oven. Some people claimed the stove knobs would get too hot to touch when both the oven and stove were used at the same time. I was a little concerned about this when I researched this newer model, but decided to take a chance. I'm happy to say all worries have been put to rest. The knobs do get a little warm but never to the point of being uncomfortable to touch. Perhaps the manufacturers resolved this issue with this newer model...? My husband and I have enjoyed using the griddle that comes with the stove too. Perfect for cooking breakfast sausages and veggie or meat patties. We also like the look of the oven. Very slick and modern - goes perfectly with the rest of our kitchen appliances. All in all this was a very good buy!

I am in love with my stove. I recently changed to gas and I am in love with the stove. It is beautiful and has tons of options. Love the 3 separate grates that go over the gas burners. Makes for easy clean up and so attractive. Love the griddle that comes with and is used in middle section. Great stove.

The range heats up quick and the exterior design is aesthetically pleasing for a generic-looking appliance. The touchpad is cheap and fails quickly like their other units (costing the customer $250+ before labor/install), the valves are faulty too and are the cheapest one can ship with a unit. The oven does a decent job at general cooking/baking tasks, but heats unevenly and therefore needs to be monitored often. This unit has been serviced several times and it's only 2 and a half years old. Got the Geek Squad service 5-year agreement on it, and that has been helpful but still a pain. Currently, due to the COVID pandemic, they've stopped servicing in-home repairs and don't really know how to handle any of them for any appliances or services (even though local repair shops are operating just fine with masks, gloves, and distancing while in the home). Getting a local repairman to service it and hopefully get reimbursed from Best Buy even though they are all over the map as to how to approach that. The repairman said the various costs are beyond the price of the unit and to get another unit instead of repairing it again, and if I didn't have this 5-year agreement with Geek Squad, I would get rid of this lemon in a heartbeat. This has burned me out on Frigidaire and they offer no support in swapping this unit out and trying to make things right.

My wife if happy with this oven. Accurate baking. Haven't found a good use for the oval / griddle burner. Tries using the griddle, but it makes a mess. Smudge proof stainless is wonderful. It would be nice if surface burner spill / splash trays were included.

This stove has all the features I need for baking, roasting & top stove cooking. Love the pancake griddle & the extra room on the surface of the stove. It’s a good looking stove too! I would highly recommend this stove!

I’m in love with this stove. If I had known my cooking time would have bin cut in half with this new stove. I would have got rid of the old one sooner.

Great mid-priced range with many easy to use features. Temperature has been right on the money. Love the convection option - you can turn it on or leave it off. We have baked bread and muffins with great and predictable results. Meat roasts have cooked wonderfully and quickly using the convection option. Casseroles, frittatas, baked fish and chicken have all come out great, and consistently. It looks beautiful and we've had no problem keeping it clean and avoiding fingerprints.

It's only been about a month, but we're very happy with the range. Enjoy the convection feature, and have made use of the stove top griddle insert.

    Great stove, horrible/cheap enameled top

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

The stove is a good looking stove and works perfectly. However, the enameled top is crap. I've used the stove top maybe 10 times and am always careful but the enamel scratches very easily. One slight move of the burners and IT WILL SCRATCH. The pictures posted are after 1 use. Ugh!

We like the convection oven features. We used the grill and it worked well. The top is very easy to clean when you remove the grates. The grates themselves are very good quality and much heavier than you would expect. The control panel is well organized and easy to use. It is nice to have 3 racks in the oven. Have not found any thing negative so far.

This gas range looks great and doesn't get smudges all over it when you touch it. Baking results are consistent and having the 5th burner is great. Would recommend frigid aire products.

We have had it 6 months now. The cooktop and knobs remind me of a professional stove. I only have two complaints: the bottom drawer doesn't hold much and drops downwards when pulled out. I only used the middle removable griddle one time. It is a pain to clean it and very heavy in weight. But I love the other four main burners and the knobs operation which is the most important part. Oven is good but heat does pour out on the top of the cooktop when the oven is on. Note: don't SLIDE your pans across the grates. It marks them up. I learned the hard way. Pick them up instead.
