Bought this based on reviews and features and while i have not used the range much im impressed by the speed that burners heat up and the very solid appearance of the glass and oven parts. MAKE Sure you place your outlet per installation requirements....my old outlet is about 20 inches from the wall and so the plug prevents the range from sliding all the way in

We needed to have an electrician come and move the outlet on the floor to the wall since the back of the oven had no pocket/cut in for the outlet. It’s cost us over $200 to have that done - bad oven design! It also does not sit flush with the wall due to the back of the oven bump outs as well. So even with moving the outlet, there is a 3/4” space. We have a tile backsplash that hides 1/4”, so that 1/2” gap is tolerable.

I needed a new stove/cooktop for my 'new' kitchen. This fits the bill. It is smart looking without being over-the-top as a gadget. I am learning how to use it and so far I am pleased with my purchase. Good job, Best Buy!

This stove was packed with features, and Best Buy had it for $300 less than the competition. I had a similar model, but this one has a lot of added features and has been easy to figure out so far.

We’ve had this for 3 weeks with heavy use over the holidays. It works very well. I haven’t used many of the special features. Our old one (Samsung, don’t buy, we’ve had many issues with every type of kitchen appliance) do not have as many features and I have not taken the time to experiment with them. The no preheat seems to work okay the couple times I’ve tried it with a pizza. I wonder how much power it draws and may not use it out of energy and potential long-term reliability (just guessing). I might buy a back splash guard panel so little bits do not fall behind. It looks great. The dials feel more sturdy than some others we looked at. This one was rated well in Consumer Reports.

Love this oven. The cook-top is designed without a thick back-plate so there is now enough front-to-back room for the pots and pans. The user controls are super intuitive (unlike the Samsung we replaced). The air-fryer feature actually works well and the oven heats quickly. No complaints.

Sleek style, easy to remove fingerprints and wipe clean. Even, consistent cooking.

Love the air fry mode. Oven is easy to clean. Only issue was one of the slides in the bottom rack popped out.

Overall we are very happy with this range unit! Stove top heats up super fast! Baking has never been more easy for us considering the range unit we had was from the original owners for our house. Quality or materials and construction of the unit are really strong. Very happy and will be returning for more thermador appliances Thank you to Scott @ store 417 for the recommendation :) Only gripe I do with the stove has the ability to lock out just like the oven.

We bought this as it fit in the spot where our old range was but I’ve been very happy with it. Pre heating takes less time and I’ve enjoyed using the convection feature.

Positive experience using the oven! Works as expected. The additional ‘Element On” indicator was a great help (on top of the ‘Hot Surface’ which is the typ. indicator).

We choose this stove because the knobs are in front and easy to use. We don’t have to reach over the stove to access knobs to change temperature. We are both seniors so it makes cooking enjoyable.

I am extremely happy and the cost did not break the bank. Definitely recommend.
