I use this for the cross streets as I’m a law enforcement officer, it helps with traffic stops when I’m on one of those out of the way places.

For the cheapest one - almost 200 dollars works pretty good..except when it tells me to turn on a street (not the name of the street) or tells me (in red) im going the wrong way down a one way street, when im not..just bought this a few months ago - give it a 6 out of 10

This is an excellent gps and I have used an older one for years and have been happy with it The new was well priced

Beats MapQuest but at times will enter destination data and once I start it will drop everything in the middle of the directions and have to pull over and re-enter address and start over again.

I got it for my nephew he live out of town and sometimes his phone gos don’t work. Garmin gps I have use several times in the pass and was very pleased with it.

My Garmin-Drive is exactly what I wanted. It is extremely helpful when driving in areas I am not very familiar with. It is very easy to use. I can charge it so it is ready to use when I am ready to go somewhere.

I had a GPS from the Year 2 and needless to say it had outlived it's usefulness. Plainly speaking; it no longer worked!! I decided to bite the bullet and purchase this Gamin; based on its reviews. Glad I did!! It's great. Works well and easy to operate. If you need a new GPS; get this one.

For the most part this has worked well. There are some things I would like them to change. The letters and the numbers on this size screen are a little too small for my fingers, but a rubber tipped pen works well. I don't like having to switch screens to enter different characters and to exactly identify the streets. That said, the information stored on this is extensive.

I replaced my old garmin GPS with this new one. At first I was a bit displeased because the new one didn’t appear to have the features I needed. However, after a little more learning I realized it had all I needed and more. Very happy with it...so far.

Excellent product !!! Saves alot of money when traveling anywhere. You arrive in less time and safe traveling

Love this GPS. Been to Florida, South Carolina. It can get you places with not hitting any tolls if you set it that way.

My Garmin Drive 52 5" GPS is such a help to me when driving. The screen is large and crystal clear. Love it!

like this device gives direction headings if no destination is on making navigation to new places easy . display is big enough to glance at while keeping eyes on road.

My cellphone GPS would send me down snowmobile trails here in Maine. So glad I bought a Garmin because it actually gives me the correct roads I need :)

Easy to program HOME, easy to enter destinations. Pleasant robot voice. It uses street names infrequently, rather says directions and landmarks, such as " turn left at the next light, across from Walgreens". I was on Street X and destination required a u-turn on Street X; instead of saying U-turn, it said "turn left onto Street X at the next intersection". I need to better understand the relationship between the charging and programming functions. Is it possible that one can't program while it's charging via the USB cord from the desktop? So far I've only used it unplugged; it takes a couple minutes to acquire satellite signal, and then never loses it. I'm glad I didn't spend more to get a larger display because I realize the audio is more important than the visual.

It's very similar to the last Garmin GPS I had, which is good because I knew how to use it. I don't drive near as much as I used to, but it is handy when I go somewhere I usually don't go.

I bought this to replace my cars gps which was starting to act up. Very easy to set up. Battery life not as good as my older garmin 255. But it works well when plugged into my cars socket.
