An excellent GPS receiver

His Garmin Nuvi was over 10 years old and VERY slow. This new receiver works well. The maps are easier to read and the voice directions are well thought out. I'm pleased with the purchase.

I have a Garmin and have had no problems with my GPS. It was a good purchase for him.

Best road companion for direction, next stops, rest stops coming up, services available and so on. Guided me through the crazy cities and no wrong turns. Great buy for me.

I'd give it 5 stars but it was a bit tricky figuring out how to save a destination to favorites compared to the older one that I have.

My only knock on Garmin is I think whatever model you purchase you should get lifetime map updates and not have to pay for them over time. The unit is nice though.
