It was like the battery died but will not receive a charge so it's useless. I went into Best Buy to see about a warranty replacement and the associate said she only could return it and give me store credit so I could purchase another navigation unit. This purchase was for my driver, he's a disabled veteran needs the navigation to get around since he still uses a flip phone. Anyways the associate was stopped by a manager named Savannah who was very nasty and refused to help with a repair or replacement.

I’m familiar with Garmin and this particular model is compatible with my needs.

Clear easy to read screen and useful audio directions. Well worth the price.
