UI is easy to use, easy to update, night and day mode, and good functionality overall. Only problem I have is some of the options are confusing to use and missing just a few things.

Very good GPS for the money. The only thing is doesn't have that my last one did was the ability to speak commands like "find detour" or 'Go home", etc.

It doesn't know the areas! When I downloaded the Garmin on my computer, I received a fake screen that said to call the Garmin phone number! It was s scam! I had to call Best Buy to have them fix my computer.

Posted .Garmin doesnt offer a protection plan nor do we bill for anything recurring on this model. Please reach out to the retailer you purchased the device from for assistance in canceling any non Garmin services.

Brand new, but could have sat on shelf. Tried to update, kept getting messages to contact customer support. I sat on the phone for an hour trying to fix the issue. Now it was saying that the Garmin drive was not compatible with update. Gave up and returned the product!

I put in my home address & zip code which is FL & it came up with a strange address in Indiana. I tried 5 times to program it & it said Demo mode only, plug into your vehicle & drive to start programing. It would not let you program in the driveway with the motor running. It is not safe to program while driving. I returned it.

Posted .You may disable this mode by simply driving around with the device, traveling at least 10 miles per hour for at least 30 seconds. After you return to a parked position you can program the device. No need to program while you’re driving.
