We previously had a different model garmin gps system for our vehicles. After having the first one for 4 years which operated easily and we loved it, it finally died. We decided to stick with the garmin brand and bought this one on sale. It is easy to operate, runs great, and easily uploads new maps to stay current. Would definitely buy this again, but hopefully not too soon.

Bought this to replace my old Garmin which was beginning to show its age. Settled on this one because I didn't want to spend a lot but wanted lifetime map updates. I was pleasantly surprised by the improvements Garmin has made in their units since I bought the last one. Very easy to use and very simple to follow. Love that it tells you which lane you need to be in. Very happy with my purchase!

this is my second garmin gps i gave my other to my husband. this one is even better then my older one.even though i have a gps in my phone i like this one better .

I drive a truck for a living and used to use the GPS on my phone but was in alot of dead area's. This GPS works perfect for my needs gets me where I need to go

I have been a customer of Garmin for several years. I previously owned a Nuvi 205w and it has lasted for many years. I decided it was time for an upgrade and this device did not disappoint. Updates are easy and fast. If you want basic navigation and nice graphics, this is a good device. If you want more bells and whistles I suggest buying one of the more expensive models.

Most people wouldn't leave home without money or a credit card, or cell phone, I won't leave home without my Garmin, which by the way, coming to theaters soon

Excellent GPS system, simple to use and with enough capabilities to be use by anybody with minimum knowledge.

There have been a couple of issues updating the software (Mac), however this unit is very handy on road trips when cell reception is questionable.

Basically a nice, reasonably easy to use GPS unit. Haven't been able to figure out how to change a few of the settings, but I figure that's just a matter of time and effort. For example, it tells you the expected time of arrival but I haven't found out how to get it to show the current time. However, it actually points us in the right direction when you press Go, unlike my old Mio unit.

I was forced to purchase a new GPS after my previous Garmin was stolen. It was almost 10 years old and the maps were seriously outdated. This one has lifetime updates on maps which makes this an awesome deal. My 13 yr old downloaded and updated the maps for me. It is easy to use. The icons are large and the screen is large. All great for eyes over 40 years old.

Excellent navigation, easy to program, clear, concise directions

Bought this for my husband. He uses it all the time when we go out of town. Drives me nuts but he doesn’t leave home without it.

I like my new gps. It has met all my needs so far. Use to travel from state to state with no problems.

The Garmin GPS is easy to use. Although I did have to go on line to print the users manual. I find this to be more common now with electronics.

After two months of use I find this model Garmin is exactly what I was looking for...a step above basic, simple to use, at reasonable price.

This unit performs great with good graphics and has lifetime updates. Is a great buy for the money.
