I have had it for a month or so and it seems to work well. I mostly use it to cook frozen foods/entrees, etc. My only complaints thus far are that there is no way to turn off the finish bell and that the control panel is not backlit.

New Technology makes it for a wonderful cooking experience. GE has maintained its reputation for quality products. The design is pleasant to look at and bleeds in perfectly with my kitchen design.

Its perfect for space saving on the counter, perfect size, high quality and works amazingly. The best part is the wifi capability. Its fun to use for sure! I highly recommend.

Makes things easier on us lazy moms lol have a kid throw a hot pocket and push the amount of time right from your bed lol cleaning it is super easy!!!

Not impressed

Then suddenly we get a “door” error every other time we use the thing, despite the door being fully closed and patched. We have to push on some random point on the front of the door near the latch (that changes places regularly) for it to let us use the microwave. And of course, there’s nowhere on GE’s website to fill out a support ticket (have to call to have someone come to our house and look at it?) and the “door” error is not even mentioned as a possible error in the manual.
