I love it. I like the door lock and it heats up correctly

could not do an accurate review due to the item being broken during delivery. Please note that if the shippers damages the item you are responsible for getting it back to Best Buy the shipper will not return it

Product was taped on one end when I received product- I was assured item was fine- Got it home to install- Computer pad was dislodged- Appears package may have been dropped- Called manufacturer- They are working with me for a replacement voucher

Useful preset features tray is wide enough for a bakeware and defrost setting

It’s been only 4 months. It ok for few months then it start making heavy noise .When I use it makes a heavy metal grinding sound. It’s scary to keep food in there while this sound cranks through the kitchen.
We'd like to assist with with the sound that you're hearing from your microwave. We recommend unplugging the microwave for two minutes. After a month and a half it started to make a buzzing noise when starting and anything frozen would cause a fog in the door between the glass.

Worst microwave ever, quit working two days after purchasing. Just wanted a hot cup of tea no light inside power pad not working. Switched to a different outlet still same issue. Checked our circuit breaker and it was working fine.
We’d like to assist with this issue with your new microwave not operating as expected. As switching to a different outlet hasn't helped and there's no issue with the circuit breaker, we recommend leaving the microwave unplugged for a couple of minutes before plugging it back in, to reset it. If troubleshooting doesn't solve this issue, information about utilizing your warranty is available on page 15 of the manual; that can be viewed on our GE Appliances website when you look up the model number, go to the product's page, and view the 'Owner Support' section. You're also welcome to send us a private message via X, Facebook or Instagram with your contact information, the complete model/serial numbers, and a copy of this review. Difficult to Read Panel

Not real happy with this product. It’s very difficult to read the words on the front panel and it’s so big. see why it was on sale, if I hadn’t thrown the box away I would return it. I use it for , maybe a year. I’m currently looking for a better product.

Loud grinding sound during use.

Purchased this item item in April. Within two weeks it began making a very loud grinding sound during use. When I contacted Best Buy about a return I was directed to the manufacturer to resolve the issue.
In the event an issue develops with your microwave so soon after purchase we provide a one-year manufacturer's warranty. Please call us at 1-800-432-2737 to take advantage of the warranty. -Vikki@GEAppliances

Worked good at first, only had this for 10 months and it stopped working, now I have to call to see if it will be replaced

Stopped working after 2 months

Stopped working after 2 months and Best Buy wouldnt replace the unit. I bought it on sale and was only offered store credit for it so in order to get the same microwave I would have to pay full price now. I was looking at the same microwave in the store the day I was given store credit so it was avaliable. The support hotline was of no help.
If you still have the microwave, please utilize the warranty to get this situation taken care of. Information on how to do so can be found on page 15 in your use and care manual. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have questions.
