It’s a decent microwave but I am not fond of the button layout. It works well and has been easy to clean but when it gives out I’ll be spending more to get a microwave with a better interface.

So far so good - our other GE microwave started to randomly shut off and then come back on. Gave it 4 stars because of installation - hoping it would have the same configuration as the old one but no such luck. Some items seen to tissue longer to cook, but I think it because of the sensor cooking.

Good value for the dollar. Bought with a sale price. Not as powerful as the one it replaced, but works fine for reheating leftovers. I like the melting sensor, especially with butter. A little noisier than I would have liked, but at half the price of other GE products it's a good replacement.

Best Buy's specs say this microwave doesn't have lighting for the range top. It does offer that feature.

Microwave works fine and looks great in stainless steel. When used it is a bit louder than our previous microwave. Best buy installed without issue and removed the old one.

Great microwave with many features, and one of the one that still comes in white! Only issue is that the installation instructions for installing on a cabinet that's not flush are lacking and no indication of how much of a filler to add so that the microwave doesn't rattle.

Working perfectly; fair price; good service on delivery and installation (which was included in my Total Tech contract at the time we purchased). Will continue to buy from Best Buy.

Nice upgrade to our 11 year old GE that stopped working.

Stainless color is nice. Over all the machine operate okay. The glass plate is now raise above the bottom and this is a minus for us and there is no metal shelf that reverses for low or across the middle inside Cooking on “plate settings” created a system error?

I bought this for its r Reciprocating fan excited to start using the microwave

Two items that would make a big improvement are to have an illuminated key pad so a person doesn't need to turn on the kitchen lights at night in order to use the oven. The other item is a person must push the entry buttons quite hard.

I love the look of the slate appliances. This microwave works very well.

It works fine with the exception of every single time the electricity is shut (off by the wall switch) the clock has to be reset before it will cook. Ours is such that a under counter light stays on unless we turn the wall switch off which also controls the microwave. SO,, every single time we have to reset the clock before it will cook. Our old microwave did not do that.

Beautiful microwave easy to use perfect size over the stove light and fan is great

bought as a direct replacement tha was 17 years old and was just a little difference in hole spacing but worked great

Very happy with this microwave. Had the previous GE model for about 12 years before the door lock broke. Cooks very thoroughly. This model has a very bright display. I wish there was a way to dim, even if just at night.
