Honestly, I didn't know what to expect from good ol' GE in terms of quality or styling, but when this is installed, it is quite attractive and seems to be well-built. Having the exterior vent is key.

Very large capacity and powerful exhaust fan with 4 power settings. The light illuminates the range below very brightly. An excellent addition to our kitchen.

I've been using it 1.5 months i don't cook much with a microwave but the reheat options and melt options are great takes out a lot of guesswork, I also like it's steam clean function. I don't like how flimsy the knob is inside to hold glass plate in place, I am expecting that to break. Other than that it seems really good so far

It's a 3 and not a 4 because the amount of button presses it takes to do some things, like cook food and rotate between fan strength could be less/more streamlined. 5 button presses to go from fan on to fan off, as an example, as you have to cycle through blast, high, medium, low and off. Handle is not as sturdy as it could be.

Microwave works very well and was less expensive than the the it replaced that was 10 years old. Had read some negative reviews that it did not heat uniformly but have not found that to be the case at all. So far very happy with it.

The sales staff was excellent, specially the gentleman (sorry I forgot is name) who helped me on the floor - absolute no sales pressure, knowledgable above all great attitude. This is why we will always prefer going to a store rather than buying online.

The microwave works well although it's a bit noisier than the old one.

Easy to use but vent fan is a bit noisy, otherwise it was a good purchase.

The buttons require a little extra push to make work. The fan is redickulesy loud, sounds like a low flying plain on high and not much better on low. This is venting straight up and out. The display is very bright and not dimmable. If you sleep in your kitchen this may be a problem.

Poor this GE Microwave quality, stopped working at 6 months use,, would not recommend anyone, please get some other brands, don't waste money on this.

This microwave does the job but it is very unsophisticated. The buttons are hard to see and very hard to push. The surface light is one halogen bulb that gives off marginal light and creates quite a lot of heat. It does look good and it does work.

Great upgrade for my older microwave. It is so quiet and easy to use, installed myself with ease.

Only had this unit about a week. Mostly will/is used for warming leftovers and using the vent fan while cooking. Vent fan has 3 speeds that must be toggled through to turn it off. Wish it had a separate on/off button. Warms food fine. Runs much louder than our old unit. It’ll work for now but I’m not impressed. Haven’t tried popcorn or potato button yet.
