    Fits in well with all my stainless appliances. Works nicely, but the "10" setting on power is far less powerful than my last GE microwave, thus a "4" rating. Food must be cooked longer with this microwave, than older models.

    I’m giving a one star review because the guys that installed it didn’t clean up the mess they made installing it. They left dust and debris all over the stove and countertops. They left part of the old microwave out on the street in front of the house. Unacceptable.

    Purchase on Presidents’ Day sale excellent price for this microwave. I have tech package so installation and removal of old microwave was included. I am more than satisfied.

    First GE OTR unit after replacing another after 5 years (seems to be how long they last). Looks good and seems well made with a rather quite fan. Hard to identify the buttons, really hard in low light, is my only concern.

    I got this for my mother for Christmas as her previous microwave went out. She has been in love with it. She especially likes the matte black "fingerprintless" option.

    We've had the microwave for about 8 months and we're currently going through a second appointment to fix an issue that it has going on. Apparently there is short that stops the microwave full function.

    This microwave works to heat food but it is loud and the Surface Light gets so hot that it heats up the floor of the microwave oven. Also, this unit is a range hood vent and that is super loud too. I would not buy this same Microwave oven again.
