Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When it works, it does the job. Problem is the first one lasted about 5 years which is just OK. For the price of this, it's not worth a $100 service call and THEN parts $. I ordered another one just like it which lasted 2 years to the day. Very disappointing. I only purchased the same brand that second time figuring the install would be easier which is was. This 3rd time I said NO and bought an LG model. These OTR unit are all pretty standard as far as size and they often use the exact same mounting hardware which is what I found with GE and LG.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this new microwave ... however, I had a small issue and when I spoke with my salesman, Ronnie Callejo at the Best Buy on Veterans Blvd. in Metairie, LA., he took care of the issue immediately. I could not say enough good about Best Buy .. and the guys with Twin Services that removed my old microwave and installed this new one. They were all super to deal with and I highly recommend Best Buy, Ronnie and Twin Services.

It has sustained three teenagers for the last three years. Not a lot of fingerprints, but grease definitely shows up. In our house meal prepping is the only way we can get by so the microwave gets a lot of use! It recently stopped heating and we are now looking to replace it.
