We have enjoyed this product since November 2021. It has plenty of room for our family for being a counter-dept refrigerator. After 3 months the water filter needed to be replaced which was odd since we don’t use the water or ice much. Other than that…it’s been great.

I debated between a side by side model and French door model. I’m glad I selected this refrigerator because of the positive reviews even though it has less cubic space than the one I had before. I like the openness of the French doors and the ice maker in the door. The lights inside are bright and all the shelves are visible. I was concerned the freezer might be too small but it fit everything from my previous one easily. Only drawback is that a drop or two of water ALWAYS drops on the tray after I get water even though I keep my glass under and wipe the nozzle after use. The plastic protecting the stainless steel is a pain to get off in all the nooks and crannies. Still trying to get all the remaining bits off.

I love this refrigerator. It is roomy with lots of storage space and multiple dividers. It is easy to keep clean and is very pretty. I like the convenience of the ice and water dispenser on the outside.

The refrigerator looked so much better in person! Fit perfectly.
I stuck with GE product since that seemed to be the most consistently reliable. Crossing my fingers.
Delivery went well and they were quick and efficient.
Only thing I didn’t like was I had to wait a month.
I would recommend this to a friend

My husband and I chose this refrigerator after looking at all of the counter depth options. There’s actually more space in the refrigerator than I expected after reading some of the reviews. I had plenty of items that fit in the shelves in the left door, and the freezer was easier to organize than a relative’s who has a bottom freezer where the door opens instead of pulling straight out. The one thing I was concerned out when it arrived was the ice maker. It only makes 7 ice cubes at a time and the ice bin is small. We love our ice! It hasn’t been an issue yet, we haven’t run out of ice cubes, but we are empty nesters who live in a moderate climate. If you have a larger family, open your refrigerator a lot, or live in a warm area, I don’t know if the ice maker and bin would be a problem for you.

Great fridge. I love it.
Con’s: The vegetable and meat drawer have less see through plastic so they are hard to see into without opening the drawer. The Profile version of this fridge comes with the butter tray and slightly better temperature control of the meet drawer. I bought the butter tray off of the Profile version and it fits perfectly.
Pro’s: The fingerprint resistant doors are very nice they wipe down with a damp cloth. No polish necessary. I love that I can put magnets on the doors!! I love that the ice and water dispenser are clear and easy to use. People don’t accidentally change the temp or lock it out trying to figure out water vs ice. Shelving is more versatile than the full sized version. Big plus. I paid $80 from ge.com for the butter tray and this complets the fridge.
Not what one would expect from a line and price GE

This is a ridiculously small fridge we should’ve got the 27”
There is not drip tray just a flat plastic tray at water dispenser. Very small ice making ability due to everything being so small the side doors can old hold a small bottle of say Tabasco sauce but not the height. Still has tape all over stuck in all parts. Water dispenser very hard to keep looking clean, ice spatters. But it keeps things cold. What you need to do is a side by side fridge with a side freezer make builder add more room for the most important appliance you can own

Love the fridge, and the light by the ice maker. The doors are wide and the inside is spacious!

Minimal complaints so far. The counter depth worked better for the kitchen layout but it narrows the left side fridge door some. Few items fit in those shelves. The finger resistant is helpful and is less smudged than it would be if it was regular stainless steel. Both front and sides are magnetic which I wasnt expecting. Overall good purchase. The plastic to cover the fridge is impossible to get off and I'm still trying to peel tiny pieces out of the crevices.

Ice maker didn't produce enough ice, water always warm. Ice would melt on contact w/ water. 8 months later, ice maker broke. At 10 months, compressor blew, food spoiled. Geek squad has to "diagnosis" 1st b4 repair. our prob w/o a fridge can take weeks before we get it repaired or replaced. Had a no show technician on 12/9. Wanted a speacialist to see if its the air compressor. Diabetic in the house. Disappointed.

I ordered this refrigerator online and the one that was delivered was defective and the freezer and refrigerator did not cool at all. We called Best Buy and had another one delivered a few days later. The “new” refrigerator had clearly been used and was dirty on the inside. If I wanted a used refrigerator, I would have purchased one somewhere else. We now have to get another one delivered. If this one does not meet my expectations I will return it purchase the same model from a different retailer. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with Best Buy. I would like to review the actual product but instead all I can advise is to purchase this product from somewhere else as multiple other stores sell this same model.

This is a product review only. Service was good. First unit came in and did not work at all. Had to wait another week to get the replacement unit. It had a big gash in the side. However, unit worked so we kept because we could not afford to not have a refrigerator for a month.

Very pleased with the refrigerator. The shelves offer plenty of configurations that allow the storage of many different sizes items. It also integrates into our cistom cabinetry
