I love the top-most tray for cleaning spatulas and knives as it frees up room on the other shelves. However, after only using this dishwasher for a few months, the machine wouldn't stay latched closed and I had to schedule a service to get it repaired.

Not as big a fan of the extra top row as I thought I’d be but it doesn’t change how I feel overall about this appliance. I was pleasantly surprised at the jingle at the end of the cycle.

I wasn’t looking for All the bells and whistles. This unit still has many features but the price point was right for Me and the build quality is great.

Geek squad has visited 3 times to repair it and replaced parts. Two years later, it’s still malfunctioning in the exact same way. Both the machine and Best Buy have let us down.

We had a service guy come out 5 times to fix this dishwasher and nothing was going to save it. It would just run and never turn off to the point where it melted plastic items. Had i not come home it couldve ran the drying cycle until the house burned down. Absolutely a lemon. Wheels for the racks fell off, came unmounted and flew forward spilling some cups out on several occasions. Just an all around headache
