OK for what it is, but too many shortfalls
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have another ge oven and overlooked a few duals when i bought it, so my expectations were higher. 1. In my other oven, the bottom drawer is a did warmer. No harm if a child opens it while it is on. In this unit, it is a broiler, any toddler can easily open it and that is unsafe. 2. My fault, but i was so used to my other oven that had connection that i assumed this one had it as well and overlooked the fact that it doesn't. The burners on top are good, the griddle in the middle are not so practical and better used as a burner with a grate.

Mine is gas and it works perfectly the best part is the griddle in the middle. I can make pancakes, burgers, grilled cheese sandwiches without messing up a pan. I also love the clean up. On my old gas stove I had 4 individual gas grates and they were really had to clean along with the plates underneath. With stove I just take off 2 grates and the griddle and I am ready to clean the stove no more messing with the separate plates- sorry I don't remember what you call them. It cooks evenly and the oven works perfectly too I would highly recommend this model and Best Buy they were great on the delivery and install.
