A bit pricey but its worth the money it only takes like 2 minutes to cool down my kitchen and living room, it is a big unit so it's not really a good idea for small rooms.

I was hesitant to purchase a GE air conditioner but ended up with it after our original unit was damaged in shipping. I am, pleasantly, very pleased with it. It cools quickly, consistently and it operates quietly- the best feature from my perspective. It also has the capability of being turned using my phone when away from home, but I haven’t tried it. I would recommend the GE 14,000 btu air conditioner.

I just love it. Easy to installed. The fact that I can turned on and off from the app it’s a plus!!!

Powerful air conditioner able to cool down my garage. Nice remote and wireless connectivity. Relatively quiet compared to other window AC units. Does exactly what I need it to.

We love this air conditioner. It keeps the downstairs cold!!! Easy to install. It was a reasonable price. It was small enough to fit in our window but yet it worked like a big boy!

We were suffering from a heat wave in California and this puppy came in handy at the perfect time. Easy to install, easy to download and use the WiFi app, and no real complaints so far.

Bought this to help cool the kitchen while cooking. It's a good unit and gets cold even though it doesn't blow as much air as the old unit did. As with any AC unit now, It will default back to the economy setting when you turn it off. Sorry but that is aggravating to me since I have to change the settings every time I us the unit. I don't like that feature therefore 1 star deduction.

Love the new A/C has kept my house very cool in very hot days , easy use and installation

This unit is nice and works very well. The noise is not bad at all, much quieter than the 6 year old AC unit this one replaced. We had a 10,000BTU unit before and ir ran non stop on high most of the summer just to keepthe room at 75. With this unit at 14,000 BTUs its on eco and auto and works better. New technology and more BTUs than we needed made a huge difference. Our electric bill is also lower with keeping the room at the same temperature.

It's quiet. Cools the selected area nicely & quickly. It also has an energy saver option which is a great thing in todays economy.

Once installed works great. I find the room cools down very quickly now. I have had for a month and have seen only a slight increase in my bill. I am very happy with my purchase.

While making purchase, I was sceptical about this brand as I wanted another type of brand name. Sale Representative convinced me and I made purchase. Upon installation, it wasn't cooling as expected while testing it. I was upset and frustrated because I thought I would have to uninstall and return it to the store. Then my children tested multiple options and figured it out. Best cooling option for me was as follows... Mode- Cooling Speed- High Temp/Time-64 Oh my God lol it felt like winter in my apartment. So for me it was a good purchase and I'll recommend this brand and unit to anyone.

It cools the room quickly, and works beyond the living room but it is loud

at first review, I was not sure about this a/c. I am a believer. I picked it because it was the highest btu count I could get for the 110 outlet we have that fortunately is on a separate breaker so I have no risk of blowing the fuse. The online app to set the program is great and super easy to use. You can set it up in advance to perform how you want in a schedule or just turn it on. It does have a remote but we have never used it, the app is all that and more. I currently have it cooling about 500 sq feet during the day and 850 at night up north and it is more than enough.

Bought 2 of these (14k btu and an 8k btu). Both of them a year later blow warm air and need to be replaced. They are both loud to the poimt you cant hear the tv unless you put the volume up to 100. All ACs are loud, but these are the loudest I've ever owned. We have a 2k sqft house, the 8000btu is in our bedroom upstairs, the 14000 btu is in the livingroom downstairs and i also have a smaller unkown btu unit in another upstairs room. The three of these together cool down the house enough that its comfortable. Well thats only good if they last more than one year. I remove them all in the fall and they are stored in a heated and dehumidified basement. The third basic air conditioner that I'm using was in the house when we bought it.... 8 years ago. This thing still blows ice cold air. Im sick of paying for wifi and remote controlled units. Never again. I matched the 8 year old unit and found 2 more, brand new, cost me less than 300 for both. At that price i can afford to replace them periodically but fingers crossed i get 8 plus year like the no name one that wont die haha. Stay away from these junk units.

I purchased this window unit due to Hurricane Ida knocking our power out for 2 weeks and living off of a generator. This was a life saver with it still being hot in south Louisiana during this time. I hav no issues and this unit cooled my whole living room with ease. I was really impressed with this ac unit and recommend it.

Works great. Really love the app and WiFi features as it will automatically change the temperature based on settings depending on if I’m home or not. This allows a cool environment when I’m there and energy savings when I’m not.

We bought this ac to cut back on our outrageous utility bill. We have an old central air system and it costs a fortune to run. I live in a 1300 square foot second floor apartment. So far this ac is doing a great job. It cools living room, dining room and my kitchen very nicely. I have smaller units in the 3 bedrooms so I don’t have the larger unit running all the time. So far I’m very happy with my purchase

Purchased this 14,000 BTU air conditioner for the upstairs master bedroom. Have left the door open and it also cools down the entire upstairs! Great machine!
