Works as advertised. We have a 550 sq/ft place but are on the second floor, so we get the heat from below and the roof. We used to havbe two ACs, a 10000 BTU one in the living room and a 5000 BTU in the bedroom because the main one owuld struggle if we didn't close off the bedroom. Now we just use this one and it doesn't struggle. Knocked a star off because you have to use a third party app to use the wifi function unlike the LG we had that was wonderful in that regard. Also, if you run in eco mode, it doesn't seem to be calibrated. If you want it about 72 in your place, set it to 68. If you want it 72 and are running in normal mode, set it to 72. Also, I think it's weird they say to let the water sit in the tray when this one is replacing the LG we had because the fins corroded away because of that.

Cools my entire first floor of my house down. When installed properly and there is a way for the water to drain it runs great. If you take care of the unit it will take care of you.

What we loved the most about this AC is how lightweight it was compared to other 14,000btu ACs we’ve had. It was easy to connect to our WiFi, easy to connect to the app AND most important COOLS our space perfectly. This might be my favorite AC we’ve ever purchased!

Definitely worth the price, not too loud, cools room quick and the WI-FI feature is excellent for turning on the device right from your phone!!

Works great, love the app where you can see the usage. Cools down about 1000 sq ft although its only for 700. The only downside is the recognition of the indoor temperature. Its about 4 degrees off from the thermostat in our home and therefore doesn't come on when it should. Since having it on our utility bill was only up by $36 a month for the last 2 months which is great. We also have ceiling fans in each room which helps a great deal.

What else to say except this thing cranks! Got for garage converting in to game room and cools entire uninsulated three car extended detached garage in about 20 minutes to it’s lowest setting of 64 then shuts off, however only for a couple of minutes not at due to lack of capability to ac just that until space is insulated this thing has to keep working can’t wait to see how efficient it is once everything is done!

I haven’t used this unit for that long, but as of now I love it. I was skeptical since seeing some of the poor reviews. However, I think it is very functional and provides a decent BTU for my 800 sq ft apartment. It cooled the whole for in a very short amount of time. I don’t know why people are complaining about noise..... What do you expect from a compressor unit that is relatively larger than the compact unit. The WiFi took a while to set up, but I figured out that you need to hold the WiFi button to reset the setting to start over. The app works flawlessly and I’m in love with it. Also it has some style points in comparison to other brands. You won’t be disappointed .

Quite powerful cold air with simple and straightforward controls. Easy to install as well, although one side is significantly heavier than the other. The foam is a little bit cheap feeling, but otherwise ok.

Very easy to assemble! It effectively cools two smaller rooms or one large room. The Wifi and remote are great added features.

It turned my sweltering upstairs apartment into the best place to be on a hit humid day. Excellent features, good price, easy installation. I highly recommend!!

All my life my body overheats drastically fast. We live in an apartment so I really didn't want to put out this kind of money for an AC unit last year. Ended up getting a unit that covers 150 SQ ft (5100btu) and ran some fans. BRUTAL! With covid and not leaving home it was a must to get a bigger unit. My fiancee is the complete opposite and freezes fast. We're so opposites. Anyway this unit kicks. As soon as I turned it on I was in love. We love in a 800+ SQ ft apartment so this keeps our place comfortable for the most part. We're still running the 5100btu unit to cover the full space. She's cold so the winter blankets are out for her.

This has to be hands down the best AC purchase i have made in years. This little guy can get two large rooms cool in no time. It can be 95 out and will keep the house to a cool 70. The only downfall is that it is really made for windows that open up and down, so you should pick up something to put in the window and seal it for windows that open side to side. Also it can have a bit of a loud humming sound which i get off you are running out hard. Another great thing is that i can control it from my phone and Tablet. I would but one again.

Haven’t used the WiFi feature yet, but it cools our large living room and dining area very good!

I live in a ~1000 sq ft lofted space which is one large room. I thought it would be impossible to find something that could actually cool the whole place. This does the trick! The app is a nice touch as well, super convenient when i am upstairs to be able to adjust. It also shows you what temperature the room is which is a nice feature. My only product ask is, you can tilt the air up and side to side, but not down? My windows are high so it would have been nice to be able to tilt the vent downward.

Loud. But for this price and 14000 btu it's good. Cooling good!

Works great, keeping it cool, a must for a house without central air, easy to install, a little on heavy side for one person to carry around.

This air conditioner is great. Keeps my bedroom cold all the time. Also I love the smartphone app where I can adjust the temperature or turn it on or off.

This window unit works great. It was so affordable also. I definitely feel that this was a great investment for my home. Gone are the days when my house is wormer than I would like for it to be.

It’s a bit loud for my living room when watching movies put it in energy saving mode to get it just a bit quieter but it’s still loud regardless. But man does it blow cold air well. It cools an entire one bedroom apartment that is not a open floor plan very well. Homekit connection with home automations are great. Set it to drop the temps at 72 when you leave the house and 68 when you return home.
