Replaced a very old a/c and what a difference! Sure, not much more power but much more efficient and cools far better than the difference suggests. I haven’t gotten the wireless app controls to work yet, but as I’ve set it... it works so much better and is cheaper on the electric bill. Good a/c unit overall!

Highly recommend, for a window A/C unit, this thing is a beast. It cools my entire first floor no problem (open concept living room, dining room, kitchen, maybe 600 sq ft), it puts out strong, cold air. It connects to the wifi and you can control it with the app, adjust all of the settings, and set schedules. If apps aren’t your thing, it has a remote. I have 3 of these air conditioners (all 3 are different sizes/BCUs) and they saved me this summer. Highly recommend

Easy to install. Performs well enough. My husband loves the remote operation although the panel of light indicators for cycle, etc are too faint for him to read if much light is coming through the windows. Haven't yet received a utility bill reflecting its impact on our power usage.

This is working perfectly for us. This cools our entire first floor. The first floor is a dining room, living room, kitchen and family room (all open). It is a little loud. But we’re are cool and can turn up the TV. Love the WiFi feature.

This unit works great. The features are wonderful and it cools nicely. The WiFi feature is handy too. It is not a heater but in South Louisiana the cooling feature is the most important.

This unit cools my whole house(1000sqft) better than my central unit and I noticed a 30% reduction in my power bill. Fairly easy to install, directions made it a bit more complicated than needed. 100% worth every penny since it pays for itself in sufficient power usage.

Its loud, its rattles, a little pricey for non inverter, but it blasts ice cold air all day. Cools the upper level of my mid size split on the last couple hot days without a problem(with bedroom doors closed) best cooling power your going to get for a 120v.

I like that this unit has bluetooth capabilities. I can turn the unit on before we get home via the GE app and walk into a nice and cool environment. This is the biggest BTU unit you can get and still run on a 110 outlet. This can cool our entore 1,200 house without much effort.

Cools nicely. Easy to install and use. Has remote control as well as phone app.

I loved the unit, kept two rooms very cold during those 3 degree hot humid summer days, then less than a year 10 months later it started beeping. It would come on the just go off. So I call GE manufacture warranty and they schedule a tech, they call me back and say before the tech comes. "The unit can not be repaired, we will replace." YES!! Call to get replace,,,,Customer Service says well that is not how we do it. Send me the original receipt, go buy you another GE unit then we will send you a reimbursement check 2-4 months later

We live in a 750 square foot apt which has a 10,000 btu ac.I doesn't cool the apt enough.A friend told us that best buy had a 14000 btu ac.It works great cools the whole apt.

Great Air Conditioner gets the apartment cool quickly. Easy to use and program. It's a tad loud but other than that its perfect

Install and setup was simple and straightforward. If the air conditioner continues to cool for the next 4 years I will buy another

I bought this 14,000 GE air conditioner to replace a much older one. I was hoping it would be more energy efficient and cool off my entire apartment. So far I have only used it perhaps 3 times but I feel it was the perfect purchase for me. It cools my apartment faster, it is not loud and although I don't know if I will use the app feature to remotely turn it on, I do like having that available to use.

This air conditioner works perfectly! We love in a 1100sqft mobile home and this keeps the entire house cool! And the smart feature is nice. I can just ask Google to turn the temperature up or down. It does everything we needed and more. It is not too loud for being a large unit. I can record voiceover work and not hear it on the recording

The GE Air Conditioner unit works as expected. The unit is equipped with Wi-Fi capabilities and can be control from any mobile device.

This smart Air Conditioner is on the little loud side but it cools down our house. And we have it in a 2nd home so when we go there we just turn it on from our phones before we get there.

So far so good! I have only had it for a month, so hopefully it continues to be a great product. I love the remote, the ease for which it can be turned up or down, the digital display, and it cools down the space very quickly. In fact, it cools a pretty large area. The only thing that is not perfect about this product is the volume. It a little loud, but not the worst.
