The first issue started with a smell of burning plastic and then the microwave shut off. Repair took 3 weeks including scheduling the technician to come out, waiting for part to be shipped and then scheduling technician to install part. 3 months later and the same thing is happening and cant get technician out for 5 days. GE Profile is usually a good product but I would stay away from this one or buy a back up just in case which is what I'm going to do as we cant be without a microwave for 3 weeks.

Microwave is Great and Works Well
