New part were installed and within 2 weeks later, broke down again. Still without a working microwave and out $500.00 dollars

It fits nicely in the space I have over my stove and works well. I haven't used all the features yet but am sure that they will be worth it. Food heats evenly and quickly.

It took 62 days!!! to exchange .Your process of exchange is terrible!!!.Failures at every step of process.
