Wanted a GE profile based on good luck with our previous one that lasted 16 years. The new model does not open and bottom shelf roll smoothly. You have to lift the bottom rack in order to get it out when the rack is loaded with dishes. Seems like a bad/cheap design issue.

I had no way to return this to the store, otherwise, I would have. At this point, I would have been better off renting a truck to haul this back to Bestbuy. I have had 3 service visits from GE now for a dishwasher that has not worked for a single cycle. Now, GE cannot get the parts required to fix it, and they refuse to replace the machine.

The bottom main shelve derails and actually falls over on to the door when you slide it out. My previous GE profile which i had for 16 years was a perfect machine. I wish some one can correct the problem for me.

When you start your dishwashing cycle on the evening it was still drying in the morning next day. Retuned. The next one has problem with closing the bottom drawer. It was hitting the seal gasket all the time. we were afraid it will make a hole in the gasket sooner or later and decided to return. Anyway, for this price range it is poor quality build compared to other brands. for example in order to put screws on side you need to first attach some brackets, witch the other brand have the already.

Dishwasher not drying
