    Where do I start with this thing? I have not been satisfied with it other than the price we got it for. This unit is “efficiency” driven, that being said, prepare for 2, 3, maybe 4 dry cycles at times even when shutting that eco mode off. Don’t let the cubic footage fool you, it will take the larger load and it will fit it well, but you will have 2-3 hours of drying before your load is dry. If you choose to go this route and utilize the “efficiency” of this machine you are sure to have damp at best clothing, towels, etc. and yes just to ensure that you are ruling out the chance that my venting situation is not sufficient, it’s roughly 3’ of rigid piping, and 2 90s until it discharges outside.

      We'd like to help out with your dryer taking too long to dry. The first place we suggest checking is the ductwork. You will want to make sure everything is properly connected and that no obstructions or blockages are present. Make sure the outside wall cap or damper is operating easily. You will also want to check and make sure that your dryer is completely level to the ground, this ensures proper tumbling and contact with the sensors.     Worked sort of ok for 15 months then stopped heating. Went through all the basic stuff by making sure the lint trap and vent were clear. No major blockages were found. That was yesterday. Today it’s back to not heating at all. A 90 minute timed cycle left my clothes still damp. It now takes 2-3 cycles to get my clothes dry. This is a huge problem because we are a household of 7 and now can’t do laundry. TL;DR spend your $1000 on something better.

      If you have not already done so, we recommend you disconnect power to your dryer for 2-3 minutes to reset the electronics as well as the breakers.     The dryer capacity was nice and big but unfortunately the dryer stop working only after a month. I didn’t purchase an additional warranty so I had to use the manufacture warranty to get it fixed. I wanted to purchase the matching washer but I didn’t think that’s a good idea. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the size of the dryer.

    Dryer seems to not always dry completely

    The dryer seems to be inconsistent with actually determining the dryness level. This dryer has a setting for non-timed drying that allows you to select the dryness level so I assume it has a sensor or some type. Setting the level to the maximum you can almost never gives us completely dry loads. However, I can say that even using a timed dry of 60 minutes at the maximum heat seems to be inconsistent as well. The dryer is very hot when using the highest heat and we always keep the lint clean for each load so the only thing that I can think of is that the airflow is inadequate and perhaps there is something about the sensor that is off.

      On sensor dry models, it is important that the Dryer is level to ensure clothes are tumbling properly and making contact with the moisture sensors located in the lower, front of the Dryer. We also recommend checking your exhaust vent on the outside of your home to see if it could be blocked or clogged.     Door is very clunky… Hard to open and close.. Clothes don’t seem to get completely dry.. Knobs and control switches Very user unfriendly.. I suggest you try another brand..

    The overall dryer seemed good. The app was a joke for the wifi in comparison to other brands. The door was made of really poor quality including the clip that you have to really pull or push to work. Returned it.

    Doesn’t dry very good. I need the bestbuy repair to originally come fix the first one they resent a new one and now this one does not dry very good.

The eDry option will default to "on" for Cottons. For optimal drying times, turn eDry off. Energy savings will vary across loads and cycles. We also recommend making sure your outside venting isn't blocked with any lint or debris that should be cleaned out.     This dryer looks amazing and has all the bells and whistles. Our primary issue is how long it takes to dry. It can sometimes go for 3 hours and the clothes will still be damp. Not very high efficiency.

    My only issue was that the product didn’t come with a power cord. When I order it online it never said that was extra. When I went in Best Buy to ask about it they told it doesn’t come with one. Wish it would have said that online.

    I’m a bit disappointed in this dryer, because it does not always completely dry some clothes and towels in one cycle. It often requires additional drying time. We never had to do this with previous dryers.
