    I absolutely love this dyer and all the features thar comss with it! Its a sparkling blue (: very pretty. The lint catcher is designed to keep the lint from falling into the dryer! I love that part.

    Don't review anything ever. Do not buy, should have kept the old gas dryer, it worked, this one is awful. Nothing comes out dry, lint basket is a mess and makes a mess.

    It's so big, I could dry my Cal-king quilt without any problem. Only problem is I have to use a step stool to see the controls

If you have a stackable configuration, you might find the Washer Link feature helpful, as it wirelessly links your washer to your dryer, allowing you to utilize Dryer Control at a lower level.     The dryer is completely unable to dry clothes.

    This dryer completely fails to perform its basic function of drying clothes. Even after running it through 5–6 full cycles, the clothes are still damp and unwearable. It does not matter which setting or cycle is used—the result is always the same. Essentially saying the dryer is useless. For a brand-new appliance, this is unacceptable.

    WORST DELIVERY EXPERIENCE EVER

    Whatever you do, DON’T buy your appliances from Best Buy. This has been a nightmare. We bought a washer and dryer from Best Buy. First, the delivery drivers damaged our home when attempting to install the washer. They made dings, dents and holes in our walls when moving the units up the stairs. They dropped the washer and damaged our brand new LVP floors. Second, they installed the washer incorrectly, the water inlet was cross threaded and water started spraying out of the back of the washer after they left. Third, the dryer did not even start. Fourth, they tried to claim that the damage they did was already there. Best Buy has gone cheap on their contracted delivery drivers and leaves customers to suffer for it. Last, after many calls to “customer service” they scheduled a replacement delivery. When these folks showed up the washer and dryer did not match the original units so they just left and didn’t even take the defective units! Now, weeks without laundry machines, damage to our home and a nightmare of an experience, we are waiting for their “system to update” before I can call back and have them pick up the defective units! Also we bought a new TV from Best Buy around the same time and that didn’t work either!! Cannot believe Best Buy has degenerated to this! Learned my lesson. Best Buy = Worst Buy.

    we love the washer and dryer, hate the experience with Best Buy, and the three different service technician on the three separate occasions they came out, got feuds with the whole experience we return every them both and cancel our total membership frist service technician bought out wrong size hose Second service technician didn't want to hook up steam part (cause it wasn't on his paperwork) Third service technician bent dryer vent and tried to convince us it was the second service technician (I knew how it look cause I personally look in back when the service technician refused to install the steam part) Fourth service technician picked up everything Best Buy tried to give us a store gift card for $150 for the three and a half issues my wife missing work, myself missing work, asking our son to come over and wait all this was worth a store gift card of $150 to them we end up getting both from the orange DIY box store

    This unit is junk. The first one we received didn’t work. The burner didn’t light. We ended up with a second one and it had the same problem. We are returning for a refund.

    The sensors and the gas valve doesn't work well, u have to dry twicev any load, the automatic setting doesn't work well

    dryer that doesn't dry

    No stars, this appliance does not work. Best Buy and GE are also not taking care of the problem. This dryer does not dry clothes in less than 3-4 cycles, on any cycle, and the clothes are still damp. Two repair techs say there is nothing wrong with that, and the dryer is "trash"

    Very Bad Dryer

    The dryer is very bad! In the middle of the heat I burn my joggers and in a delicate mode with low heat I shrink my daughter's clothes, I don't recommend it, I'm going to return it and buy another one.

    This dryer has been doing a great job for me and this morning my grandson is visiting with his big bag of laundry! Again things dried the way I set the drying cycle. I have owned the machine for 2 months and all is well.
