Had it for a month now and no complain. It really is quiet compared to other AC thats also new. Easy to install, but needs two people to do the job. Also, it does not need any other support like other window AC to prevent it from falling which gives me peace of mind. Highly recommended. It loks pretty too.

Worth the money. Love being able to see out the window. Definitely is quite. Does not wake me when turns on. The only time I turn it off, is to clean filter, which is simple. Havent even seen any difference in my electric bill. I also have recommended to family members and friends.

This thing is whisper quiet, even at high fan speed. You'd think it'd have a hard time cooling a room that way, but it does it's job amazingly well.
The WiFi controls are a godsend. Forgot to turn your AC on before you left? No problem, just pop open the app and you're good to go!

I bought one and it was faulty so i returned it and bought another one. Both of them were missing the wifi sticker and the wifi button did nothing on either . Its a decent ac, its quiet and easy to install. But its not wifi connectable like it is advertised to be. And if i need to call ge and speed 5 hrs on the phone to connect it, then its not wifi connectable.

Good AC. Works well and is nice and quiet , which is important to us. I gave it 4 stars because it’s very heavy and awkward to install. It has several preset sizes for the over the windowsill gap, but needs more options.

We purchased this for a guest room that is separate from our house and doesn't have central air. We've had two house guests stay so far and they both have said it works great.
The pros:
Super quiet
Cools a room that is "on the cusp" of the sq footage size just fine!
Remote control works well
Attractive - it's really not intrusive or ugly like "traditional" window air conditioners
Customer support was great - on a Sunday!
The cons:
I couldn't get the app to connect to the air conditioner - there was a software update that needed to happen. However, after a call to customer support, this was addressed and it works now
iOS app is fairly limited -the remote control is better. The app is nice to be able to power on before you get home though.

I'm very pleased with this unit. It is very quiet. It takes two people to in stall because its heavy and if you have an edge on you window you need someone to hold it steady til you fix the stable adjustments.

Could never get the Wi-Fi to work, tried everything, i should not have to call GE support for connecting to Wi-Fi in 2025 especially when i am an IT guy.

Only gave it 4 stars because it was not easy to setup wifi for the smart features. I also feel like sometimes the ac doesn't respond to room temperature changes. If I turn it off and then back on it resumes functioning flawlessly. Doesn't happen often but definitely happens enough that it is noticeable. Hopefully a software update fixes this. Definitely worth upgrading the purchase with a Geek Squad plan. Definitely a pro in reducing energy costs.
