    I’ve only been using this unit for a few months, but so far I love how quiet it is! Obviously having window/view back. Installing wasn’t so bad either. WiFi hookup can take a few but otherwise it’s a pretty nice AC. App is great!

    I install the unit in my 39" wide window. The unit is very quiet. Wi-Fi setup was easily and a breeze to link to my cell phone. The instructions was clearly written plus I recommend you view YouTube videos on installing this unit. My wife loves this unit in her craft room.

    Nice air condition works well it was damaged when it was shipped still waiting for best buy to contact me filed a claim with ups they said best buy would contact me still no contact

    My Air Conditioner Work Well And Has Helped During The Hot Season. Only Problem I Don't Like Is That Fan Output Doesn't Point Straight Out.

    Bought this May 8th last year, it died YESTERDAY, June 5th... Worked great until yesterday, now it's 90° in the bedroom it's in while the rest of the NON AIR CONDITIONED house is 76° WITHOUT ANY A/C AT ALL AND ONLY ONE WINDOW OPEN. It was 87 still at 2am... I WANT MY MONEY BACK! THIS IS THE MOST EXPENSIVE AIR CONDITIONER I HAVE EVER BOUGHT AND IT BARELY LASTED A YEAR. I BOUGHT A CHEAP AIR CONDITIONER 5 YEARS AGO FOR $150 THAT KEPT MY ENTIRE APARTMENT AT 64° FOR 4 YEARS! HOW DID THIS EXPENSIVE, HIGHLY RATED ONE LAST ONE YEAR??

    Holy goodness. This is super loud. I can hear it clicking from the other side of the house. In all fairness it could be echoing off the neighbor’s house. This sounds like a broken belt is slapping against a wet piece of meat? Sorry for poor description but I can’t upload a video of this sound. Unable to get any support for this so writing an honest review. Maybe someone will respond to this. As of now though, get anything else. This will upset anyone living within 500 feet of your address.

    not happy with purchase. first unit was damaged. returned to store. when replacement was delivered , it was same unit in different box.

    WIFI Trick at end of review.. We have small side sliding windows in the living room where we watch TV and write etc. We have a large noisy rolling AC in the attached dining room. But it at full power can't cool the large common area. So I read up on this and gave it a try. The quiet mode is very quite, can't hear it with the TV running. This with the AC in the dining area creates a nice layer of cool you can feel as you come down the stairs on a warm day. It will take two people or someone who lifts 50+ all the time. It needs 10 inches below the window. Wifi, (Trick to get it working at end of review) Wifi gives you some features like it can based on your phone location adjust the units temp or turn it on off when you are out of the house. App mentions schedule, but I could not find that in the app. You can do it with Alex etc. The App and Alexa don't know all the features, so there is no mention of Quiet or Eco mode. But you can set the temp and basic modes and fan speed. WIFI trick for some units. Wifi trick. If the app instructions don't work for you. The app does not have the right instructions to do this for some units. GW Support was very helpful. If you get a unit with no WiFi sticker it works with Bluetooth on your phone to connect. But getting the Wifi Light flashing needs a trick. Open the App and start the process to add the AC. When it tells you to press the Wi-Fi until the light flashes, and that doesn't work, do this instead. >>Unplug the unit for 30-60 seconds. >>When you plug it in, immediately start tapping the Wi-Fi button rapidly until the light starts flashing. One press or a long press will usually fail. There is a very short time when the press has to happen and the tapping helps you get that moment. >> Then tap the "Light is blinking" button on the app and follow the rest of the instructions.

    We installed this as a second air conditioner in our RV in case the rooftop one dies. (We are living in ours full time now). Plus it'll help cool us down when we hit the triple digits again lol. We did not have a double hung window so we had to modify. We are impressed with the unit. It is extremely quiet and cold! We haven't tried the Wi-Fi or any of that crap. It's only been installed 2 days now so hopefully it lasts a while.. installation wasn't terrible. Free delivery was the next day. I only had to yell at my wife once (kidding), If you can't lift 70 lbs then you better fix your diet, get off your butt and start training!

    My sister in-law bought this air conditioner and said it's the best one she's ever had. So, I decided to check it out. I went to Best Buy after comparing prices with local competitors (and Amazon). Made the purchase, brought it home and installed it in my bedroom window. After several days of use, I can honestly say my sister in-law was spot on! This is the quietest, coolest air conditioner I have ever used. It's a bit heavy so having two people to hang it in the window would be helpful. And be sure to allow for clearance on either side of the windowsill.
