Ohhhhh, do I love my new double ovens. I replaced my old Jenn Aire with this new beauty and cooking is a breeze.

I love these ovens. They look so good and are easy to use.

The oven looks great but had a major and dangerous issue with the convection fan after 7 days of owning it. We heard loud explosions when the fan turned on. GE came out and diagnosed it with a electrical shortage that was causing sparks when fan turned on. Best buy is going to change out the entire oven but it's pretty scary. I hope it's not a issue with this new oven.

We expected quality with GE since we've had GE for 40 years however, we didn't expect how awesome the ovens would be.

The oven is beautiful, and works great, but unless you want to risk your sanity run far away. This oven has a relay switch that clicks every 15-45 seconds the entire time it's running. I'm not sure how anyone has left a review for this oven without mentioning this obnoxious addition to GE ovens. Like water torture this clicking sound is nothing to stress about the first time, of the 10th time, but after an hour or two of cooking and several hundred clicks later you'll be ready to throw this three thousand dollar appliance into a dumpster. GE claims this sound is normal, and goes as far as to call it a feature, claiming better temperature control. Great, but why is it that they've seemingly designed the world's loudest relay?

I bought this oven to replace another GE wall oven that was 24 years old. The oven fit the existing opening which was great, and the installers were careful not to damage anything and took there time. Unfortunately, the product is listed on-line as having 2 convection ovens; it has 1. I did a lot of research and you would think that when the description states "...convection technology in both ovens." that is is true. After 1 1/2 hours waiting for a rep on the phone, Best Buy stated there a disclaimer on the website that they are not responsible for description errors. Also, for those interested in the wifi capability of the appliance, the GE app to for your smartphone is very rudimentary. It allows you to turn the oven on and set the temperature, but the "off" provision does not work. You would think that the purpose of such an app would be to turn off an oven remotely if you left in on by mistake. Also, the description said it had "scan to cook" technology which the GE App has no provision for. If I had known these facts, I would have bought a much less pricey double wall oven.
