    My old GE Cafe microwave's touch screen went so I needed something that would exactly match the same size. I went with this and it's ok. Great features, haven't used convection yet. But I fee it's a little underpowered and could use more options for preset food times. Overall it's ok. Does the job

    If you're a cook, you'll love it. Its a little different, but worth the change. Love how convection baking cooks evenly. Holidays and entertaining will be easier with what amounts to an extra oven. Looking forward to exploring all its potential. Very pleased. Replaced a GE that gave us 15 good years

    Purchased this item on line. Installed it and my wife said I can't read the key pad. Hmmmm I looked and I had trouble reading the key pad. Instead of white numbers on black background it has dim grey numbers. With a flashlight or some other direct light I could read it. We invited 4 neighbors to look at it and they all could not believe how hard it was to read. I called and scheduled a service visit. They ordered and installed a new key pad. Not any improvement. Thankfully Best Buy allowed us to exchange it for another brand that has a key pad we can read.
