Great Motherboard for future proofing/future upgrades. The Bios is up to date so no need for downloading software. Unless you have ethernet available to you, You will need to download the Wifi and Bluetooth drivers onto a USB drive to install during your Windows 11 installation as it does not recognize any wifi and bluetooth capabilities. The install was easy but if you do run into problems like the drivers not being recognized in the USB during the installation process, you may need to look up a video on how to bypass that step during the installation process. Motherboard was screw less for m2 slots and there is a button that releases the graphics card without damaging the teeth. Great motherboard overall, worth the money as it has features the enable you to be more cautions during your install of other components.

2025 AM5 build. Paired with 9800x3d. Excellent build quality. Beefy heat sinks over essential components. Quick releases on the drive slots and heat sinks. Button release for the gpu. Rgb is tasteful current build is in a fractal north and minimal rgb (see second pic with mesh panel on). Zero complaints. Maybe a bit on the expensive side but this will last a few years before anything new offers significant performance advantages.

Was building my first ever PC from scratch and was getting all the components I needed 1 by 1. Was down to my most expensive parts motherboard, CPU, GPU, and SSD storage...Came across this motherboard and got for $210 bundle with the Ryzen 9 9950X3D CPU and a few gifts cards and discounts. Built my PC over the weekend after picking it up and been solid since then.

The Gigabyte AORUS X870E Pro is an exceptional motherboard, perfect for high-performance builds. It features solid build quality, fantastic connectivity options, and support for the latest PCIe 5.0 and DDR5. The BIOS is easy to navigate, and the overclocking options are a bonus for enthusiasts. With stable performance and a sleek design, this motherboard is a fantastic choice for any serious PC builder!

Its been a great MOBO for my 9800x3d. No complaints. BIOS did need an update but thats to be expected with a cpu that was only days old at the time of install. UEFI BIOS is easy to use and overvlocking takes just a few clicks. Have not experienced any stability issues with the overclocks.

Love the features of this board. No need for tools to attach your m.2s and an easy access button to release the gpu. Tons of heat sink and it comes with built in wifi 7. Definitely recommend this one if you’re in the market to get a new board.

I bought this open box - excellent, and it was broken. I ended up buying it new elsewhere and it's a great motherboard but because it was broken at best buy I have to give it 2 stars.

Received a open box on excellent condition. Arrived in a awfully looking box. Opened it and a messed up looking motherboard was in it. Purchased a membership plus to extend returnability but was unable to build with it because the gpu came in after 3 weeks. Used it today and bam, 1 and 3 dimm slots dont work. Motherboard was not reset to default. It still has the previous owners settings. Was gonna return but it elapsed. At least it works i guess. But for 300 usd man geek squad checking this returns and telling them on excellent condition is such a scam. Just buy new one next time i guess.

If you do not have ethernet DO NOT buy this motherboard. The wifi does not work out of the box, so you can't finish your windows install. I had to wait for amazon to deliever an ethernet adapter for my starlink router so i could finish my new pc build. The release button for the pcei is hot garbage, it does not release the card. I fought and fought to get my graphics card out, i just hate when manufacturers try and fix something that isn't broken and make it 1000 times worse.

Not sure why, but the open box version I purchased would randomly loose recognition of the m.2. I tried my original drive and than a brand new one and both did the same.
