I researched way too long before finally deciding on this phone. This is a higher quality than average phone, with all the basic features. Bluetooth is nice. Very low radiation in the ECO DECT mode is a huge plus, along with the energy savings. The voice quality is actually quite good, unlike so many others.

Good Phone

This is a very interesting German built phone with a touch screen and number pad. The base unit is small considering it includes the phone line connection and the answering machine. The biggest problem I have with this phone is the high cost of additional handsets.

Gigaset doesn't stand behind their product

Baught a gigaset phone and had some problems. I contacted the manufacturer. They would not provide any support and do not stand behind their product. I suggest you buy another phone brand. It's been so frustrating.
