easy to set up, works with google home ecosystem. those wore the two most important things for me. definitely needs to be installed high enough but not so high that you can never get to it.

Great Cam pack for my front/backyard. Easy to install, and the battery is a little bit weak in the cold temperature. But you can always connect the wire to charge it 24/7.

I love the product but am BEYOND DISAPPOINTED that I bought a full years worth of INSTALLS and they did NOT INSTALL properly add I have been totally ignored for over a week. I don’t want to hear anything bout BUSY AT THE HOLIDAYS or similar. Absolutely inexcusable how Ramon has totally ignored me. If he is out sick, on vacation or whatever SOMEONE needed to get back to me. Ignored and totally dissatisfied with BB in Naples. I am beyond loyal and have been treated very well in OH but like SHI^^&** by Naples. And I arranged for install back in NOVEMBER so plenty of time to make it right….

Waited for these to be available due to the improvements to the previous generation and am disappointed. They are indoor, but do not have an "indoor" mount included, thats a $40+ extra and they dont sit level and the base isnt flat. They come with 1 charging cable, which makes no sense, battery or not as I would prefer to leave them plugged in. If you want them weather resistant, that also requires a different cable. For the price, I expected way more and will be returning them for a set of Arlo cameras.
