Incredible product. The one issue I have are the lights are sensitive so bugs and squirrels tend to trigger them.

Restart your camera: When you restart your camera, it will refresh its connection. Instructions depend on what kind of device you have. 3. Restart your router: When you restart your router and modem, it will reset your internet connection. 4. Check the settings on your Wi-Fi router or access point: In some cases, settings on your router or access point could cause a problem with the connection. High firewall security or parental controls can block new devices from connecting to your Wi-FI network

Noce product, I was worried ot will run out of power, however, even though the sean change, it still recording all event and always on. Very effective and efficient.

Very good cameras that can be placed on stucco. Recharging them is easy to pull and place back on.
The cloud recording has be slow to record and not record certain events.

We recommend checking your network for possible congestion. Disconnecting some of your connected devices can help free up some bandwidth space and enable you to test if you will get better cloud recording speeds. Once you verify congestion, contacting your Internet service provider to check your connection and upgrade your bandwidth is highly recommended.
Video recording is triggered by motion detection on Nest Cam (Battery), and this can be affected by changes in the light level, and shadows moving across the frame like when a cloud moves in front of the sun. This also includes other movements within the camera's field of view like trees or bushes swaying. If you're not getting any alerts or notifications, we recommend trying out the steps below: 1. Change the Activity Zones on your camera. You can delete your existing Activity Zone and create a new one in any area within your camera's field of view. Just make sure that none of the zones you create overlap. 2. Change the angle of your camera and account for the lighting in the surrounding area. 3. Restart your Camera.

Great camera. It's fast and it's clear, it doesn't buffer.

I have been using this for over 6 months, it was pretty easy to install and hook up to the Google Home app. The biggest issue is when i want to view it live, it has issues allowing me to watch it in real time. It have to keep retrying multiple times which i am near an access point. It’l gets annoying after awhile. Just be aware.

We stuck one on our metal front door and one on our metal carport. So that meant no installation necessary. We love being able to keep an eye on our doors for deliveries and the odd visiting dogs and cats (which you can turn off notifications for if you want, but still see in the history). Found out the neighbors dog came to our house at 2:00 in the morning for a drink while his mom was waiting for him to come back inside - oops. Charge is fast and easy!
