    Set-up and the function was fine but I was a bit disappointed that it cannot connect to the Nest app. Beware these new models will only connect to the Google Home app

    Form me the google home app it’s the best app for any home piece of tech you have, so going for the camera to check out what’s happening at home it’s great. Super easy to install in 5 minutes or so.

    Excellent camera. Great clarity. We like that they are AC powered, so no batteries to keep charged. We have seven of these models (and several outdoor models). We are still on the Nest trial which gives us 30 days of history, not sure if we will opt for higher subscription which gives us 60 days of event history and 10 days of 24/7 video history.

    been changing over to Nest Camera (indoor and outdoor). Simple to install and monitor. Much easier to use than the replaced cameras!

    Great camera for indoors. I replaced an offbrand camera from Amazon that I had been using when babysitting my in-law's dog. If you're brand new to the Nest ecosystem like I was, this is a great addition. I know most of the bad reviews are due to the disruption from previous Nest generations. This is a fine camera. If you have it indoors, you will probably want to disable the events in the Home app to not blast a notification every time you walk by this camera.

    These new cameras are leaps and bounds better picture quality over the older version. It can be tricky getting it into the right position, but once you do, they are great!

    Im using this camera in my storage room. Does a great job in total darkness and fullly lit. I got this over the wireless version because I didnt want to be bothered with recharging a battery. High recommend.

    I got the last version and this version. Its a good camera. Really dont see any difference as far as how it looks when being viewed through google home. Nkt sure why there is still a nest app when none of thr new csmeras work to it. It gets the job done snd i csn see and monitor the things that i want.
