The camera on this doorbell is quite remarkable. I bought it for my front door to capture the events that happen during the day when I am at work and it works perfectly. I love the wide angles. the best so far.

We incorrectly purchased a wired device vs. wireless and had to return and trade for the latter. Best Buy staff was tremendous at helping us to exchange the unit purchased for the one required. Oh, but we already have a wired DB of this type installed at another home that is perhaps Gen1 - and it works great! Our 5-6-7 years of experience with the Gen1 DB is what actually influenced us to purchase Nest DB for my parents home. Albeit, Dad told us wires were in the wall for original '50's style DB, but this turned out to NOT be the case. Please verify presence of wires BEFORE attempting purchase and having to make two trips to exchange product like we did

Installed using angle mount to hopefully avoid direct sun in the summer. Image quality is way better than my old nest doorbell. See if it can withstand the Arizona summer better too.

Surprisingly clear camera. It takes a little while to get your ‘zones’ set up in the app so you don’t get an alert for every car that drives down your road. I love being able to talk with people at the door when we’re not home.

This product works exactly as intended. The video quality is fantastic and it works extremely well with all of the other Google devices in my home. I love the functionality of seeing my doorbell video stream from my Nest Hub Max.

Great doorbell. Matches the color of my house and doesn't look out of place like some other doorbells. I'm glad I went with the wired instead of the battery operated one. That thing is almost twice the size.

Had an issue with the first one so went and replaced the product. It is working really . Best Buy rep at the store has great customer service skill and helped us out.

After checking out several reviews and options available we chose the Google nest door bell (gen 2) and it is so far working great. As we already have a Google home setup it simply became part of it. The video cam is good in terms of recording, anudio and clarity of clips plus offers different chimes too for the bell. One can get the nest aware Subscription for more detail options but so far we are fine with the 3hrs free recording. It’s not too difficult to install as the instructions are quite clear while we followed a YouTube review also for the same for clarity.

Very satisfied with this product. Great clarity and range. Easy yo install . Had to update my doorbell relay since Ilive in an older house but did and works. Works well with other goggle devices.

The google app is better than the ring app in features and ease of use. Being able to name the faces is really nice and when they ring the doorbell it tells you who is there.

It’s nice to see who is at the front door whether I am home or not! Great quality video! Love that it also tells me if a package has been delivered

This has amazing video quality. It's awesome and my wife loves that there are seasonal chimes. She chuckles every time she hears a "gobble gobble" from the Thanksgiving themed chime.

This camera is excellent, but my new router needed to have plug and play enabled for the installation to complete successfully. The picture and sound quality both seem to be improved over the previous version.

Love this item. Easy to use, app is generally easy to use. Set up took a bit longer but was fine. Has even come in handy already in just our first 3 weeks.

Would rate it 5 if the google home app wasn’t buggy.
