This is by far the best video doorbell. Facial recognition compatible with the Google home system makes everything easy. Video quality for doorbell is great as well as the night vision.

I found it easy to install. The quality of the video and sound are excellent.

The wired doorbell is pretty great. Good video quality and is an upgrade from the older model. My issue is mainly with Google and their Google Home app and software experience overall. It hasn't improved in years and is extremely buggy. Someone rings the doorbell and it just spins or stays dark forever. By the time it works, the person is gone or inside the house. The Google Home experience has been so bad since they switched from the Nest App that I pivoted away from their products for my new house.

I had Gen 1. It was old and not working well so I upgraded. It’s a larger video in the app, better quality video, doesn’t cut out much if at all, looks are better than Gen 1 and also just used same wires. Very simple and well worth it upgrade if you’re thinking about it.

What a nice door bell/ camera combo. It is aesthetically sleek and modern looking. The picture on the camera is a great quality. The app is easy to use, I have notifications on so I can see when anyone is In front or on the front sides of my home. Highly recommend.

Had the originally nest door bell and when it came time to replace i did my research and felt this would be a nice upgrade the picture is a lot more clear than the gen 1 and it was just as easy to install.

100 percent better than battery doorbell better video and even though you can power the battery one it does not work on ac and will not keep battery charged if you are viewing camera

Upgraded from the first generation Nest to this newer model. Installation is easy if you follow along with the directions using the app. Inside the chime box, the newer model has less wires than the 1st generation one did. Instead of using the converter, you just attach the wires directly. Once installed I was getting too much wall on the right side of the camera, so I took it down and put it back up with the included wedge installed. That gave me a camera angle I desired, You need to use the Google Home app and might have to change the notification settings if you want to get the activity notifications to your device.

I bought this one to replace my old Nest Doorbell. This one has a much clearer picture. I don’t like that it only works with the Google Home app vs. the old Nest App. To me, the old Nest App was much easier to use and had more features.

A couple of hiccups at the beginning but now everything is working great, with integration of my google Eco system , everything works seamlessly.

Easy to change over from first generation and it seems to be working. We do lose connectivity each time the power blinks.

This was a replacement for the earlier version of the Google wired doorbell. Installation was very easy via the use of an online video which clearly laid out for each step what had to be done. Be advised that if you have an older and perhaps weaker transformer powering your current system and you want to use this with an electronic door bell that you may have a problem. If all you have is a electrical mechanical bell you'll probably be ok. Finally, be careful when inserting the security screw on the top of the doorbell. It's very small and easily droped and lost. Replacements are available on ebay.

Excellent video quality and i love the field of view of this camera. I see a lot at once and the voice function is a life saver. You can see and hear everthing and also lets you know when a package has been dropped off. Seemless with google home and easy to set up,

This was ready to install. The camera quality is amazing and clear for night viewing as well. Need to purchase nest aware I think get all of the benefits this doorbell can do (going to purchase soon). Definitely worth the money.

I had the old version of the nest doorbell and I was hesitating to buy this one but I dont regret is really accurate and specific whether is a person or is an animal. Also I love that let me know when a package arrives or someone take the package . I will absolutly recomend it. Crispy image at night and day. It looks more like 2k

I love my doorbells cam . Only thing for me would be that I also bought a google home device so I could hear my door bell in my home and not just on the phone. But would work well if you already have a door bell installed because it dose come with a chime for that .
