Working great so far ..We have been using for the last 1*year..it works perfectly..no issues..schedules/ease of use.We have replaced the traditional thermostat(honeywell) with this one and very happy with the purchase...

did not use best buy one in the end due to nest sending a replacement for our bad one. nest support was responsive online and required pictures. they do not send new nest products to replace only refurbished ones and then tequire the faulty nest to be sent to them. our original nest lasted about a year before it malfunctioned and the refurbished one sent by nest company worked for a couple months before some setting seemed to disappear such as fan modes disappearing. also it auto set the heat to not turn on somehow even when it went below the user set lowest temp threshold when we thought we had turned the learning off. luckily the pipes did not freeze. overall, this device is nice when it works but does not seem to be reliable in the long run. we have no other smart thermostat to compare it to. our old no smart thermostat was much more reliable. if you would like the other smart functions to control the thermostat remotely, then this may be for you.

Can't beat this beautiful piece of tech. It is so intuitive and efficient. It learns your schedule well or you can easily change it manually. Love seeing those "green leafs" daily for efficiently managing my usage. It also works flawlessly with the Google Nest Home system including the Google Home devices and doorbell/cams. I switched both Ecobee3 we had in our home and never looked back.

I replaced my Honeywell programmable thermostat with this one. Installation was simple. After connecting it to my internet and the app, it did start learning the patterns of what we wanted. My favorite feature of this thermostat though, is the "Heat-Cool" setting. With that setting, it helps set the comfort level when we are in that season where mornings are cold but afternoons are hot. You don't have to manually swap back and forth. I would recommend this to anyone.

I would highly recommend for ease of use and that I can control the temp from my phone. If your looking to save money on your heating and cooling costs I would highly recommend.

This is a beautifully designed product as with all nest products. I had to do some youtube searches to find out I had to switch one wire to be able to flip from the heat to cold after some trial and error but everything is working pretty well. Im sure it is just a setting but I sometimes come home when I set the heat to 65 and I get home and its 69 so will have to figure out what to do to make sure my power bill doesnt get too high. Overall though a great product and it looks super nice compared to other thermostats even though it is a bit pricey

This thermostat took some getting used to. The installation was simple if you are comfortable with wires. The smart eco feature was difficult to use as it would cool our house down to 59 degrees when it was 40 degrees outside. After turning that feature off and manually setting a schedule this thermostat has worked great for us.

You are really in control with this thermostat. It allows you to keep track of your home's power consumption day by day, and you can turn your a/c on and off from your app anywhere. I can't wait for my next electricity bill to come, I know I'm going to save big time with this thermostat, and it also looks great on the wall. I highly recommend it!

The mere fact that it gives me the liberty to be able to regulate the temperature in my home is an awesome accomplishment. Easy to install and easy to operate.

Works great ad efficient. Everything done through the app including install. Instructions are helpful and straightforward. Being able to monitor energy usage from your phone is rest and not having to get up if you need to make adjustments. Learning seems to be working well. We’ve had the unit for about 3 weeks

You can actually use the app to turn on and off your furnace and air conditioner. It’s definitely smarter than me! Two thumbs up! Very expensive, worth the cost connecting to my other devices.

Works as intented, it was pretty easy install. Live the look of the black color. Like that you can control via the app.

This thermostat works with most (but not all) existing systems. This needs a “C” wire for power. Old style mercury two wire thermostats are not compatible. I’d recommend to check your wiring before installing to avoid headaches. Otherwise, installation is simple using the Google Home app (it took about 20 minutes including watching a YouTube video) and looks great. Control the thermostat using the circular dial or remotely through the app.
