Love the design and functionality. Confirmed with Nest Support that this would work with my HVAC unit, but the wiring diagram was not totally correct. Ending up getting my HVAC company to install the unit. No issues with it operating so far.

This product is amazing. Super easy setup. Automatic programming. Just install and it will learn your schedule automatically

Updated from an Ecobee thermostat. The Ecobee was excellent but became a bit outdated after a couple of years naturally. It would take at least 10-20 minutes to calibrate but with the Nest it starts up right away. Very easy to install and configure. The app works great while away from home. The display is excellent.

Easy setup, easy use. What more to you want. Control from you phone from anywhere. Simply the best.

I love this smart thermostat. I bought one last year for our downstairs HVAC, and upgraded our upstairs HVAC thermostat about a month ago. I love how responsive they are, how you can immediately see the current setting and the current room temperature, control from your device, etc. My son-in-law installed it in under 10 minutes (he has installed them before though). They are so easy to use, and are smart enough to figure out your schedule.

I do love the thermostat however I'm still getting used to it, It has this smart feature (that can be turned off) which basically it sees your habits and tries to predict them for you, for example, if everyday at 1pm you lower the temperature to 69 after a few days the thermostat will do this for you, im still getting the hang of that because we change the temperature often depending on what area of the house we are in and other variables like that. This thermostat replaced the original one installed in my house in the 70s a much needed upgrade when I purchased my home. Don't skimp out and buy a cheap one, this one has function and style and its a conversation piece. Im glad I spent the money and definitely would buy it again, how ever I did not research other "smart tstat" options.

This is wonderful! I replaced a Honeywell Z-Wave with this and I love this Nest so much better. It learns and incorporates with a temperature sensor I have as well as the Nest protects I have wired throughout the house. Would recommend!

Recently purchased a home, and the existing thermostat went on the fritz after a month or two. I researched this and the ecobee, as well as the Nest E, but after a few months, i feel pretty comfortable I made the right decision. I barely ever even walk up to the thermostat at this point because I can control it using the app on my phone, or though Alexa/Google Home. Would definitely recomment. Should be noted, the reason I went with this instead of the E, was because my system was not compatible with the E.

Easy to connect, looks great and functions well. Little pricey but hopefully will see it on the savings end.

I was worried that I wouldn't be able to do the wiring part and that I could mess it up, but the instructions were fairly foolproof. I got it set up very quickly and got so excited when it said it had finished the learning part a few days later. It is so cool that it figures out when I'm away and knows my schedule.

Easy installation and use. Works great and figures out the best on/off time for your furnace and A/C to fit your schedule.

Very easy to use and smart is a good description for it. I set it up myself with minimal effort and had it going within half hour.

I am amazed this thermostat already learned my patterns. You can use the auto-away feature with your cell phone. It has already saved me money. :)
