So simple to operate, yet does so much. The learning feature worked great, it learned our schedule in 3 days. Customer service was a huge help in providing me a custom wiring diagram for my application. It made it easy to set up in about a half hour. My wife loves the Alexa voice control. I wish they stated in the description that it comes with a wall plate to cover where your old larger thermostat was. I ordered one from Amazon and did not need it.

Looks nice on the wall. If you want a thermostat that makes you feel special and says hello every time you walk by, this is the one. It like to learn your habits and then tell you how it thinks you should live comfortably. It’s kinda like you’re married to it. You tell it you want 68 then it decides no I want 72. Overall pretty good thermostat if you don’t mind being told what you want.

WIFI Chip Failure Do your research before buying this product! Look for a different brand. WIFI chip went bad in mine in less than 5 months. Their customer service tried to help sending a refurbished faulty display after spending some time in chat trying to debug the issue that I have already tried by myself but they wanted me to do again to process with the replacement. After I got the replacement (faulty refurbished display) because they don't send a new replacement even you buy your new device, I have spent in chat with the customer support more than 2 hours trying to make it work, first with the support agent and later with a senior support agent, so I had to send back the faulty refurbished replacement, I don't want to experience the same again asking for other replacement because they will only send refurbished devices, really a bad experience. Features are awesome when they work, the problem is they are not reliable. Search online for Nest WIFI chip failure. Then make your decision.

Easy instillation took less then 30 minutes. Quickly connected to my Alexa smart home network. Sends reliable updates and provides great remote control.

This is the 3rd Nest thermostat i've installed. They work great, really save money are easy to use.

I really like this thermostat, however there were no instructions in the box. It makes you set up a google account in order to see the instructions on how to install it. I did get a little bit frustrated with that part of setting it up. It does do a great job learning from how you adjust the temperature. Very easy to use once it is installed.

Very happy with this purchase. Installation was easy and straight forward. I found a lot of YouTube videos to guide me when confused about anything. The app itself was easy to set up. Configuration is a bit challenging at first but it's a breeze once you figure it out. It would have helped if a manual existed to walk one through it, though. Overall, I'm happy about the purchase.

Product works well in my new home. Easy to set up and install. Be sure to manually adjust the eco settings.

The nest learning thermostat is so easy to use, program and like the easy installation of it.

Its an upgrade from our old generic thermostat, so far we love it. Love being able to control it from our phone and see when we are saving energy. We got a Ca state instant rebate so saved extra cash

The Nest was easy to install, with clear step-by-step instructions. We installed this upstairs so that we could control when we needed to turn on the heat for showers. It's easy to manage from our phones. It did a good job with learning, however, we are inconsistent in our timing of needing heat. Since we can adjust from anywhere, this has not been a problem.
