This Nest Thermostat has a very sleek look and easy to use. My favorite part is the Nest app which allows me to always have the controls at my fingertips.

Works great i love i can control even when im not home well needed purchase!!!

I bought this thermostat to replace another thermostat that my wife was having trouble seeing/working. This thermostat is of the older style round type that we had in our house before we moved to this house. We have an 18 year old heat pump system and when I hooked this thermostat up to the system the Evaporator promptly froze solid and blocked off the air flow. This is NOT the fault of the Nest. My system was found to be low on refrigerant. Because of the age of this system it has been recommended that I replace the whole system with a new more efficient system. I am now waiting for the HVAC people to verify what all needs to be changed. The Nest was easy to install. The instructions were easy to follow and there are plenty of helpful U-Tube videos. I would highly recommend that you take pictures of your current wiring in case you need to verify the new wiring and/or return to your old thermostat. The Nest has plenty of features I have yet to explore but I look forward to doing so when the new system is running. In the mean time the old system seems to be doing it's job so I am not in that much of a hurry.

What can I say, simply the best looking thermostat that money can buy. Feature rich and easy to setup. After some history is created, it is like having a someone keeping your home at the right temp all the time.

Really happy with this purchase. It blends in nicely in our light colored home. Super easy install and set up. The monthly reports on our energy usage is super helpful and we're expecting to see savings on our utility bill!

The "smarthome" may sound like an unnecessary luxury, but certain home utility functions really do improve one's life. Automated thermostat is one of them! No more forgetting to turn off the heat or A/C when you rush out the house. No more getting up for frequent adjustments when the home is slightly cold or hot. No more stairs to groan about when your tucked warmly into bed. No more multiple unsightly thermostats. We are living the dream! Favorite features: - Away mode tracks when nobody is home and defaults to away settings - Ability to adjust temps remotely on extreme temperature days for pets - Monthly usage data report - Set schedules and change schedules whenever I want Issues: - Occasionally has very odd "learned" temp adjustments. Nest has created schedules with really high or low set temperatures. Not sure what caused this but it went away after we deleted it via the app. This has happened more than once - Historical lookback only goes 1 wk on the app I must also mention Nest has been fantastic. Almost a year in I noticed a chip on the glass face and they immediately sent a replacement. Love companies that stand behind their product. Builds a ton of loyalty!

Works great and easy to install. I would recommend this to someone who likes to control thermostat from away.

This is the first nest we have owned. This NEST is awesome. It learns your habits and when your home and not and close by. it always is adjusting to keep things in the right temp and adjust the house when your gone to conserve energy. Easy to install.

I have a great deal of love for this Nest Thermostat. I have seen a big difference in my overall room temperature in my upstairs and main level. Before installing this (which was super easy), the upstairs rooms were HOT. The Nest thermostat has a great feature, where it turns on the fan, and cools/heats, but moves the air to equalize the temperature. Where most other Units would just turn on cold/hot air, this is smarter, and moves air, then cools, etc. I specifically bought the Nest initially so that we could have the heat AND cool air on over night. I would find myself turning on the AC during the day, but Heat at night, when the temperature outside would change, and the house was much too cold for our baby. The previous thermostat had a switch to toggle between Heat/Cold, so it was 1 or the other. This one has ability to do cold/heat overnight, and stay between a range, so the fan runs and not the AC/Heater.

Very easy to get up and running with this product intended to make my home smarter. Pretty neat to be able to adjust thermostat from comfort of my bedroom. Also pretty neat to be able to set temperature to a cooler setting as I'm about to leave the office. I'm liking this a lot.

I live in Northern Wisconsin and i travel alot because o my business. This is a great device!! I can keep track on the temperature if my home using the app on my cell phone, which is very important during the winter months. I can set the temperature low to save on my heating cost, then when Im on my way home i can open the app and change the temperature so it will be warm when i get home.

The product was very user friendly. Was able to sign on with WIFI without issues. I enjoyed the touch screen and sleek style - comes in two colors.

I enjoy this product. It works really good. I enjoy the ability to control the temperature from anywhere via my mobile. It is to early to determine the energy cost savings.

This thermostat was incredibly easy to install and use. Home is always comfortable without constant changing of temperature. I especially love the mobile device feature which allow me to adjust the temperature from anywhere using my mobile phone including at 2am while in bed.!

Very happy with this purchase. I love being able to access the nest with my phone and setting the temperature in my house so easily.

We love this thermostat. The ability to manage it remotely is great as we can turn the heat or air on hours before we are heading home from a trip, making sure the house is at the right temperature when we get there. It looks good on the wall, too.

Love my nest thermostat. Works with my 2 wire furnace. I like the design of this model better than the new one. I like how solid and well built it is. I can change my settings from anywhere I have cellphone service. Easy to program.

Installation was easy and works great! The scheduling screen in the app is a bit weird but once you get used to it, creating a schedule is not that bad. The away feature does not work as expected either. I wanted it to use the phones locations but it does not work properly.
