Very slick design, easy installation and simple setup.

I was skeptical of updating because the Gen 3 had been around for so long without issue. The Gen 4 feels better in every way. It feels solid when you touch it, the display is incredible and the added temperature sensor is a nice bonus.

Very easy to set up and install. Had another smart thermostat before this one the old one lasted about 2 yrs and died. Did some research and found this to be the one for me. It does have smart features but does not have one of the multiple talking assistants. Was kind of a down fall for me but had another talking assistant already in the house juat relocated it for timers in kitchen. Over all a great unit and seems to be working like it should I havent set up all the schedules you can do on it for eco but will do that soon.

Best addition to my house, I love it. I can control the temperature from my phone and the design is amazing.

Really great product, trusted Bestbuy with and excellent condition open box. Turned out like brand new. Easy install used YouTube for the configuration and has drastically changed the temperature variations in the house.

This Nest replaces our 3rd generation Nest which stopped working for reasons unknown. The new Nest has been working fine but truthfully there are features of the 3rd gen that I prefer. I liked the appearance of the dial and how it turns to set temps or programs. These are minor and I will get used to them but I was happy with the previous one until it stopped functioning.

Upgraded from earlier version google nest thermostat. This one really performs well and seems to be keeping the HVAC from working so hard.

I wish I could give this a 4.5 rating but I'll round up to 5! I've always loved the Nest learning thermostat and have had the 3rd gen for years as well as the temp sensor! I travel a lot for work so it's always great for me to have it learn my habits as well as do the eco/away mode. And because heat rises, I love that I can put the temp sensor in my bedroom and have the nest use its temperature to keep me cool while I sleep. This new model is BEAUTIFUL!!! Google did a great job with the design and I love it! Highly recommend. My only complaint is that the screen is not as bright as the previous model and takes longer than expected to brighten up so you can't see the settings at a glance as easily as you can when you walk near it but it's not a deal breaker.

Needed to upgrade and a little hesitant after some reviews but we love it! Definitely worth upgrading!!

Google Nest Thermostat (4th gen) is powerful in cooling the temperature throughout our 4-bedroom home. The Temperature Sensor (2nd gen) is also a good addition: the rooms will have similar temperatures to the room the sensor is in. The thermostat is easy to use and can be controlled from afar by wifi. Great investment!

The Google Nest thermostat is very cool looking and I am sure I would have loved it if I could have used it. After buying it and planning the installation I found that it is not compatible with my system. I returned it to Best Buy for a refund and was told they have a 15 day return policy. ??? Who else has that short of a return policy especially on items that require installation? It isn't likely to find an installer in that time frame, so beware. Despite the item being in perfect sellable condition and the cash receipt, they would only give me store credit. That is the reason for 3 stars.

This Google nest is great and worth the investment. it helps to save energy and to keep the spaces at a temperature. when i forget to turn off the air conditioner, i love how i can do it remotely. Installation was easy, I found the YouTube tutorial to be more helpful than the guide. I love how I can set the temp and let it adjust while I am gone. I have had the nest set up for almost 2 months and I love the aesthetic and sleekness of this.. It has so many great features that are so helpful, such as, information about the amount of humidity in the house. This is quiet, sharp looking.

Was really easy to install and works perfect. It’s nice to be able to set a schedule during the day/night and check it when you are away from home if needed.

I’ve used Nest for a long time. This was a possible forced upgrade by Nest my old one disconnected from the app and it wouldn’t let me reconnect it

The new generation of the Google-Nest learning Thermostat is much slimmer compare to the last generation. It give the house a modern look. I am not much a tech person, but it is so easy to use.

I recently installed the Nest Thermostat in my home, and I’m extremely impressed with its performance. The design is sleek and modern, making it a perfect addition to any room. Setup was a breeze, with clear instructions and easy integration with my existing HVAC system. The best part is how intuitive and intelligent it is. The thermostat learns my habits within days and adjusts the temperature automatically based on my schedule. I love how it saves energy by turning itself down when I’m away, which has already reflected on my energy bill! The remote control feature through the Nest app is incredibly convenient, allowing me to adjust the temperature even when I’m not at home.

Great product easy to install I was a little apprehensive about the newer version ans having to change to google home app - but the transition was easy and the app added my google home devices wiht little to no effort on my part.
