I purchased the battery backpacks for my GoPro cameras. It extends the life of the camera by about double. I use the cameras on Heavy Mining Equipment. I must be able to mount them and then leave them for many hours of recording. It is a wet, dusty, dirty, enviroment. These help me get more video without causing excessive downtime. Great Product

I got this free with my gopro and it came In quite handy. If you film for long periods of time this is a no brainer to buy. If not I don't know if I would consider it as im sure it is costly. Either way it is a good product and works just as stated in the description and easy to use. And it is waterproof so that is always awesome!

Trust me...get it. Adds a tad bit of weight and size but also adds about 1.5 hours of record time and standby about 3+ hours when not using WiFi or Bluetooth (haven't needed to go beyond 3 yet). Ideal for surfing, night lapse and lazy people.

Don't miss that amazing photo/video because you don't have enough battery ..... this is a great battery for long trips in addition to your other GoPro battery .... I recommend it to everyone ... I now have to comes in handy for long trips so nothing will be missed

Runs warm and uses the battery a bit faster than my Gen.1 but has many great features and so far works Great, Do not have anything to complain about. would recommend purchasing the extended batteries and the group charger.

This is a must if you're not able to change the battery often.

Extends the usage time of the go-pro camera but you can't use the touch screen while it is attached.
