Good product. However, you must wait for the other person to stop talking before you begin talking otherwise the person never hears your reply/comment.

Words on the screen of the telephone are very hard to see. How you load pictures onto the screen must be kept as a secret for I have found no instructions on how to do this. Call quality is very good. For the price paid the instructions and screen should have been over the top in quality but they were two star at best. Call quality added the extra stars in rating.

This is a great companion handset for the Ooma Telo system. Combine that with an excellent experience with BestBuy.com including super fast shipping and it was a win from start to finish. Thanks!

This is my second HD2 Handset that goes with one of our 4 ooma systems. The phone is good quality - super easy to install and operate and ooma has fabulous customer service. I call if I have a question and they are super helpful and nice - always. Would be nice if they made a wall mounted version of this though.

I bought this phone as an add on to the main equipment rather than using a regular phone for my home-office. The display screen, ringing options and portability of a wireless handset have made this one of the best pieces of office equipment to have. I can use it while I'm clearing a jam in the printer. With the large display screen, I can clearly see who is calling me even if I am not sitting right next to the phone. Seems built to last too. Battery power has not been an issue yet either. This was a great investment.

I read many poor reviews about this phone, but I think it works very well with the Ooma hub. We mostly use cell phones in our house, and Amazon Alexa for land line calls when needed.

This product itself is ok, but the price you pay for it not having a landline is soooooo much cheaper. If you really don't need a cell ( I can't imagine that would be too many people these days) this is the way to go. It's only a few dollars a month for the service. This handset in particular gives you access to many options such as call blocking a voice mail right from the handset. The only problem with it is setting it up. Also, you may have some issues if you are trying to set up more than three, but, this will give me a backup in case anything happens to one currently in operation.

Phone works well. I use it upstairs as my Ooma base is in my office downstairs. Now I can answer calls upstairs without having to run downstairs to my office. Only complaint is that when I answer a call on the new handset, I can't put the call on hold and then pick it up on my office phone where I prefer to talk.

This was on sale (actually a clearance item) at my local Best Buy, and I didn't have another handset available that I was going to use for my new OOMA base station, so I grabbed it. Not a bad little handset. Solid feel. Easy connection the base. Frequently loses connection to the base even though it is usually right next to it. I don't get it. Works OK most of the time. Pros: easy setup, good hand feel, standard key pad. Cons: No display backlight except when pressing one button. Hard to see display.

The instructions on the phone screen are just about impossible to read!!!! Very dim out of focus small fonts. This made the phone just about impossible to set up. Allow extra time to work with this problem. Otherwise the phone worked as expected. Could not find out how to add pictures to the phone? Instructions? If they cleared up the font problem I could say buy this portable phone. Otherwise shop!

This VOIP phone uses a connection with Ooma base. Allows phone to be kept anywhere in my large home and supply a working phone line. I got this for my kids since my wife and I use cell phones. Now they can call their friends without using my iPhone.

can use Do Not Disturb for no phone calls during dinner, also has Ignore so call goes to Voice Mail. Ooma Premier service has limited amount of telemarketing calls that get through, still get a few but can go online and put those phone numbers on Reject list
