I am seriously hearing impaired; therefore, this phone does not have an increase volume for incoming caller's voice. I could not hear anyone.

Only got this to use reward certificate. I already owned vtech handsets. The only real con on this is the voice quality of the handset is really bad.

Tends to be a bit on the tinny side! Easy set up and cheap if you need a landline setup!

I found out after I purchased it that it does not work with my older OOMA phone system so I had to return it.

The HD2 was OK. However the HD3 is much better. You will not regret getting the newer model.

Tried phone several times but reception was poor and after calling ooma they assessed it was due to a bad phone. We returned the phone but our best buy didn't have any and couldn't get one either. Maybe they aren't reliable.

I am in Chapel Hill, NC. Don't know if that has anything to do with phone reception. Consistently have an echo and delay speech on phone even after tweeking by Ooma techs. Doesn't have audible caller ID.

I love ooma service, but this phone disappoints. Cheap v tech phones via ooma are crystal clear, but there own headset cuts out so often it isn’t usable.

Had Cox Phone. Quality good, but expensive. Moved to PhonePower.com 2 years ago. Price great ($8.95 per month), sound quality lousy/ Ooma = Great Sound Quality, Great Price. I chose to do premium upgrade for $9.99 per month, but could have had telephone service for free and just bought Telo to use with my current wireless phones. I decided to buy the HD2. It is optimizes Ooma. You won't go wrong with Ooma. Ditch local phone provider. Ditch cable phone provider. However, make sure you keep high speed internet with cable or local phone company. You must have high speed.
