Hisense Is Lacking Support for this model

Hisense does not have this model listed on its website. The best piece of documentation is the Quick Start paper included with the TV. If you need more documentation, it is unavailable for this model (43R6G). The user's manuals are not specific to the models; they are specific to the Roku software. The second problem this created was when I tried to program it to my Logitech Harmony Companion Remote. Since the model is not listed, I had to pick a model that appeared to be similar: 43R7G5. It took hours of trial and error, but I finally got everything to work. It was a frustrating process, but the result is great.
