Poor Quality and Customer Service

The built in Android TV was very laggy and did not work with Alexa as advertised to turn on/off the TV or any other "smart TV" functionality with Alexa. I had to reset the TV to factory default settings twice due to issues with freezing, picture quality or general crashing of the software. Finally the TV stopped working last week with a red flashing light every 3 seconds. The TV will not turn on or display a picture. Hisense customer support has not been helpful in resolving the issue and told me there is nothing that can be done. I've owned 10+ TV's in my lifetime and have never had such a poor experience. I would not recommend this TV or Hisense as a company.

Terrible Hisense 75” TV from Best Buy
